Joint-Stock Company “KAVKAZ.RF” (JSC “KAVKAZ.RF”) was established in accordance with Resolution No. 833 of the Government of the Russian Federation dated October 14, 2010, to manage tourism and recreation special economic zones within the tourism cluster in the North Caucasus Federal District (the tourism cluster). Currently, the tourism cluster project managed by JSC “KAVKAZ.RF” includes six tourism and recreation special economic zones, within which projects are being implemented to create seven all-season tourism and recreation complexes and one coastal cluster.

Six thousand schoolchildren visited Kavkaz.RF resorts during their week-long break.

A special promotion offering discounted ski passes—available at Elbrus, Mamison, and Veduchi—will run until November 4. The offer is open to both organized school groups and families with school-aged children.

The emerging Mamison resort saw the highest number of organized school groups, welcoming 52 classes accompanied by their teachers to the mountains of North Ossetia. These groups arrived from various locations, including Vladikavkaz, Ardon, Beslan, Alagir, and rural schools throughout the Republic.

At Elbrus, family trips proved more popular: 2,600 children visited the resort with their parents, while 612 arrived with their classmates and teachers.

During the "Mountain Holidays" promotion, sightseeing tickets for children under 18 cost 100 rubles, and two accompanying adults receive a 50% discount on lift access. For those in an organized school group, a sightseeing ticket costs just one ruble per child.

"November 4th is an official public holiday—National Unity Day. The current mountain weather is perfect for family hikes along our eco-trails; we look forward to welcoming everyone. In addition to the children's promotion, Mamison will host a DJ on November 4th, while Veduchi will hold organized trekking weekends on November 7th and 8th, featuring our guides and photographers," says Rustam Tapayev, Deputy General Director of Kavkaz.RF.
