The mansion of textile manufacturer Alexander Demidov, built in 1912 to a design by architect Konstantin Demidov on Sadovaya-Kudrinskaya Street in Moscow, is recognized as an object of cultural heritage.
The historical building has rather complex architectural forms - in its appearance one can see features of both neo-Gothic, such as a gable with a gable end, and Art Nouveau - mosaic inserts, filings and decorative metal elements. The interior decor in neoclassical style with eclectic elements - wooden panels, coffered ceilings of stained oak in the Lobby and Dining Room, bas-reliefs, stucco and carved stone decor, elements of artificial marble - has been well preserved to this day. The built-in furniture has also been preserved.
