The grand opening of the reconstructed village administration building took place in the village of Samashki. The event was timed to coincide with the 75th anniversary of the birth of Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov, the First President of the Chechen Republic.

The reconstruction was carried out with the support of the Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov Regional Public Foundation; the work was completed within a tight deadline and in compliance with established quality standards.

Khazbulat Amayev, Head of the Achkhoy-Martan District, expressed his gratitude to Ramzan Kadyrov, Head of the Chechen Republic, and Aimani Kadyrova, President of the Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov Regional Public Foundation. According to the district head, the renovated building will create decent working conditions for administration staff and will contribute to the increased efficiency of local government.
