The house of Avdotya Skvortsova, widow of titular counselor Avdotya Skvortsova, opened in the Zapovednye quarters of Nizhny Novgorod at 18 Korolenko Street after restoration. The wooden building was built in 1891-1894 . Now it houses a cultural center, including the headquarters of Tom Sawyer Fest Nizhny Novgorod, an information center, a coffee shop “Mola Mola Capri”, an exposition on the history of the development of the Trekhsvyatsky quarter from the mid-19th century to the present day, an assemblage by Moscow artist Alexei Luka, an exhibition of ethnoboards by designer Rustam Usmanov and the project “What does heritage sound like?”.
