In the village of Kenkhi, Sharoi district of the Chechen Republic in record time – just two months – built and launched a new gas pipeline designed to provide about 230 houses. This was reported by the head of the Czech Republic Ramzan Kadyrov. The new inter-settlement gas pipeline was built as part of the Program for the Development of Gas Supply and Gasification of the Chechen Republic for 2021-2025 .
About nine kilometers of the gas line, the specialists laid in the most difficult conditions, because to deliver gas to an altitude of more than 1,500 meters above sea level, you need to perform a huge amount of work. Due to the features of the mountainous terrain, the construction of the gas pipeline had to be carried out without the use of special equipment at almost all installation sites - manually, Kadyrov wrote.
“Now the residents of the settlement no longer need to go to the mountains for firewood four kilometers from the village, carry wheelbarrows or deliver with the help of pack animals,” the head of the region said.
