The oldest buildings of the megalithic type belong to the middle of the second millennium BC. Every year, significant scientific discoveries are made on the territory of the reserve, new objects are identified, archaeological expeditions are constantly working, scientists from all over the world come. Since 1996, the reserve has been a candidate for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Important importance in the reserve is given to work on creating conditions for the development of organized tourism, its educational and service component.

On September 3, Acting Director of the Jeirakh-Assinsky Museum-Reserve Ahmedkhan Sampiyev made an inspection trip to the architectural complex "B1arakh".

"B1arakh" is an architectural complex of castle type on the spur of Tsorei Loam Mountain. 900 meters southeast of Koali is Nizhny Barakh, and 800 meters southeast on the crest of the mountain range is Upper Barakh, northeast of the tower complexes of Gerite and Targim. The complex is located at 1500 m above sea level. On all sides surrounded by mountains.

Located in the Jeirakh district of Ingushetia, it is part of the rural settlement of Guli. Native village of Ingush teip B1arahoi.

According to popular legend, according to one version, the complex was founded in ancient times by the legendary Ingush hero Baraho (B1araho-K1ant), the son of Targim. Here is what C. Akhriev writes about this in his work "Ingush (their traditions, beliefs and beliefs)": "From Aeiga came Barkhanlo and founded aul Barkim, from Targim came Barakho and founded aul Barakh".

According to another legend, B1arakh got its name from the phrase "b1ay bayre" (100 horsemen). But these riders were unusual. It was about soldiers who could enter the battle at lightning speed. In addition, if necessary, for several days they could lead a siege or wait for the enemy. So it was when the ancient Barakh was conceived as a single defensive complex. Today, B1arakh is divided into two villages - the Upper (old B1arakh), and the Lower B1arakh complex. They're close together. Now the complex is almost completely destroyed, but some walls have preserved arched openings and other small elements.

There used to be battle towers behind the high defensive wall. In fact, it was a high-altitude outpost in the northern part of the mountain. Ingushetia. The view from Upper B1arach opens panoramic. You can see the gorges and auls from Hamha, Egikal, Targim to Ganti, Päling, Niy, Nikote.

Near the crypt tombs are Muslim graves. At the intersection of religions, ancestors preserved continuity and respect for the faith and the traditions of their forefathers. A three-storey pyramidal crypt stood, and next to another - with a gable elongated roof. The first preserved roughly, as if schematically, made image of a person. Hands lie along the body. No weapons. Many researchers have studied this crypt, trying to unravel the message of ancestors. Also in the upper part of Nizhny Barakh there is a high anthropomorphic stele, which is of great scientific interest to many researchers (the same steles are located on the territory of the Myashkhi complex). In the village you can also see a pillar-shaped sanctuary.

This land is covered with legends. From B1arakh came many famous Ingush. For example, B1archoy K1ant is known popularly as the defender of the country, very brave, brave, uncompromising in the fight against evil, as well as bright representatives of the family: religious figures, war veterans, scientists, writers, poets, businessmen and athletes.
