Mamison is an all-season resort in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. It is located in the famous Mamison Gorge, 100 kilometers from Vladikavkaz. In summer, scenic hikes and excursions to the springs are available, while in winter, the ski slopes open for skiing. Guests at the resort can enjoy delicious cuisine and choose from a variety of accommodation options, including an eco-village, space glamping, and a tent camp. You can also learn more about the region's history by visiting the 7th-9th century Christian church sanctuary, the open-air museum of Lisri village, and many other attractions.

Photo Contest at the Mamison Resort.

A photo contest for amateurs and professionals will be held at the Mamison Resort from August 21st to September 13th. Participation is in person; presence at the resort is required.

The event will begin at 11:00 AM on August 21st at the central square of the Kalak-2025 station. The program includes an introduction, a climb to the Zaramag-1 station, a photo shoot, and a discussion of light and landscape techniques with a guest photographer.

From August 22nd to September 4th, participants can return to the resort to find the right angles and create a series of shots.

Two winners will be determined:

The winner in the main category will be decided by the guest photographer and the jury;

The winner of the Audience Choice Award will be based on the votes of Mamison community subscribers (September 4–11).

The best entries will be presented, reviewed, and awarded on September 13.
