A themed evening, "I Draw for the Soul," dedicated to the 65th anniversary of the birth of historian, writer, and artist Nurdin Kodzoev was held at the Dolakovo branch of the House of Culture.
The event was part of the all-Russian "Culture for Schoolchildren" project. Participants included fifth- and sixth-grade students from the Dolakovo school, along with staff from the House of Culture and the village library.
The students learned about the biography and work of Nurdin Kodzoev, a Russian-Ingush historian, archaeologist, writer, and PhD candidate in history.
Such events help schoolchildren better understand outstanding figures in the culture and history of their native region.
