In the village of Katar-Yurt in the Achkhoy-Martan district, raids to curb uncontrolled grazing of livestock continue. These measures are being carried out in accordance with protocol orders from the Head of the Chechen Republic, Ramzan Kadyrov, according to district head Khazbulat Amayev.
Specialists are checking compliance with livestock housing and grazing regulations, conducting preventative talks with owners, and explaining legal provisions. Administrative reports are being issued against violators.
Uncontrolled grazing creates the risk of traffic accidents, threatens public safety, and negatively impacts the sanitation of the community and the environment. Enforcement of regulations will be ongoing. Livestock owners are urged to use only designated areas for grazing.
