Welcome to the Achkhoy-Martan Municipal District of the Chechen Republic. The Achkhoy-Martan district is located in the western part of Chechnya in the foothills of the Greater Caucasus Range. Its administrative center is the town of Achkhoy-Martan. It borders on the Sernovodsk, Grozny, Urus-Martan and Itum-Kali districts of Chechnya, as well as the Sunzha and Jeyrakh districts of the Republic of Ingushetia. The climate is continental and low-humid. The leading branch of the economy of the Achkhoy-Martan District is agriculture, namely the cultivation of grain and leguminous crops. In addition to cereal crops cultivation, cattle breeding and vegetable growing are developed in the district. Industry and trade also account for a considerable share of the economy. The Achkhoy-Martan district is attractive for its high-mountain lakes and cultural heritage sites: ancient settlements, combat towers, medieval necropolises and burial mounds.

The open ultramarathon "75 Kilometers of Memory" will be held on August 30, 2026, and will be dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the birth of Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov, the First President of the Chechen Republic.

The race will start in Achkhoy-Martan: participants will gather and register at 5:30 AM, a pre-race briefing will be held at 6:15 AM, and the start will be at 6:30 AM. The distance is approximately 75 km, running from Achkhoy-Martan to the Galanchozh stone arch, with a significant portion of the route passing through mountainous terrain.

The organizers are the State Autonomous Institution "Information Agency Grozny," the iDA PR communications agency, and the BORZ running club. The event has been approved by the Chechen Republic Ministry of Physical Culture and Sports, and the regulations have been approved by the Chechen Republic Athletics Federation. Particular attention has been paid to the safety of participants, with medical monitoring, checkpoints, and escorts along the route.
