Armhi of the future. A 10-plus-year perspective.
"Arkhyz", "Elbrus" and "Veduchi" are already working for guests and for the economy. The Mamison is getting ready to launch. The next in line is "Armkhi" in the Jeirakh district of Ingushetia.
Armkhi already receives 20,000+ tourists a year, and the resort has everything to become even more popular:

• healing springs and coniferous forests
• opportunities for mountain recreation
Grand plans:
▪️ The modernization will take place in two stages. First, a modern chair will be built, then ski kilometers will be added - from 1.2 km to 3.45 km with a snow system, the MFC and a house for ratraks will also be built.
▪️ Updating engineering: power grids, water and gas supply, water disposal, sewage treatment plants. They will greatly facilitate the work of future residents. There are also plans to reconstruct roads and build parking lots for 150 people.
▪️ Investors will add balneological and pool complexes, guest houses and villas for almost 900 rooms to the resort.
▪️ There are far-reaching plans to increase the ski area to 10 runs, add lifts for training slopes, and build a mountain extreme park. And in detail: cinema, amphitheater, ecotropes, campsites, concert hall, interactive museum.
Output expected:
By 2035, the resort will provide work for 1,200+ people, will attract almost a billion rubles to the budget. Guests will be 180,000 tourists a year.
