ACM Group

The company was founded in 2003 in St. Petersburg. Originally it was a "Personal Creative Architectural Workshop", created by architects-restorers who worked in the State Hermitage. Now "ACM Group" is a company of professional restorers, operating in many cities and regions of Russia - St. Petersburg and Leningrad region, Moscow, Astrakhan, Kaliningrad, Norilsk, in the Republics of Crimea and Karelia, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of Ingushetia and the Republic of Sakha, as well as carrying out international restoration projects in Europe and the Republic of Uzbekistan. According to the company's projects, more than 160 monument buildings have been restored.

Investors were offered to participate in the restoration of more than a thousand cultural heritage objects on the digital platform heritage.dom.rf.

The total area of monument buildings is more than 1 million square meters.

The digital platform was developed by the state-owned company Dom RF with the support of the Ministry of Culture to attract investors to the preservation of cultural heritage in poor condition. The platform provides information on objects in federal, regional and municipal ownership. The objects must be included in the Unified State Register of Cultural Heritage Objects, be in unsatisfactory condition and meet a number of other requirements. The RF House emphasized - “We understand that one of the key tools to increase the interest and motivation of investors to work with the OKN today remains a preferential lending rate. Already five credit organizations are ready to give credits for work with monuments”.

To date, in the catalog of OKN on the platform collected 1009 objects from 72 regions. The leader in number is the Perm Territory - 55 objects. It is followed by the Yaroslavl region - 46, Novgorod region - 46, Vologda and Kostroma - 45 each.

It's time for RF House to ask “ACM Group” to provide information on another 1000 objects...
