The Jeyrakh-Assin historical, architectural and natural museum-reserve is located within the boundaries of the Jeyrakh district of the Republic of Ingushetia on the northern slopes of the foothills of the Central part of the Greater Caucasus Range. The reserve was established on June 2, 1988. The area of the reserve is slightly more than 627 square kilometers. The activity of the reserve is aimed at ensuring the preservation, restoration and study of territorial complexes of cultural and natural heritage, material and spiritual values in their traditional historical (cultural and natural) environment. On the territory of the museum-reserve there are 122 ancient architectural complexes, including more than 2,670 objects of cultural significance, including defensive and residential towers, burial crypts, Christian and pagan sanctuaries and temples. The oldest buildings of the megalithic type belong to the middle of the second millennium BC. Every year, significant scientific discoveries are made on the territory of the reserve, new objects are identified, archaeological expeditions are constantly working, scientists from all over the world come. Since 1996, the reserve has been a candidate for inclusion in the UNESCO World Heritage List. Significant value in the reserve is given to work on creating conditions for the development of organized tourism, its educational and service component.

On May 15, acting director of the Jeirakh-Assinsky Museum-Reserve Sampiev A.A., on behalf of the head of the State Protection Committee of the OKN of the Republic Kodzoev T.U., together with the head of the Kazyat Charity Fund, representative of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of Russia Akkaziev R.Y., in order to monitor the technical condition, visited the Borg-Kash mausoleum - one of the earliest surviving Muslim monuments in the North Caucasus and the oldest in Ingushetia.

The monument is located on the north-western outskirts of the rural settlement of Pliyevo, Nazran district of the Republic of Ingushetia, on the banks of Sunzha, which is a spur of the Sunzha Range. Height above sea level - 652 m.

The mausoleum is a white stone structure 5.5 meters long, 4 meters wide and 3.2 meters high. It has a rectangular base and a semicircular dome. On the south side is a pointed arch, crowning a low entrance, above which are three plates with Arabic inscriptions. They report that the mausoleum was built in 808 Hijra (which corresponds to 29 June 1405-17 June 1406) for the burial of a certain “Bek-Sultan son of Hudaynad”.

Borga-Kash is a monument of history and culture of all-Russian significance and is protected by the state. At different times he was studied by Semyonov L.P., Shcheblykin I.P., Lavrov L.I., etc.

The head of the charitable fund, in turn, expressed his desire to provide all possible assistance and take direct part in the work on its preservation.
