The Armkhi National Resort is one of the company's key projects, located in the picturesque valley of the Armkhi River in the Jeirakh Gorge, at an altitude of about 1,500 meters above sea level. The resort is known for its ski slopes of varying difficulty and developed infrastructure for active recreation. The company “Resorts of Ingushetia” participates in the state program “Development of the North Caucasus Federal District” until 2030. Within the framework of this program, the company cooperates with Dom.RF, the state corporation Kavkaz.RF and the Ministry of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, implementing projects to modernize the infrastructure of the Armkhi resort. Projects implemented under the program include construction of new infrastructure facilities, improvement of transport accessibility and creation of additional opportunities for tourists. “Resorts of Ingushetia” plays a key role in the development of the region's tourism industry, contributing to the creation of modern infrastructure and attracting investment in the tourism sector of the Republic of Ingushetia.

Seven infrastructure facilities will be built at the Armkhi resort in the Dzheyrakh district of Ingushetia.

As part of the roadmap, Kavkaz.RF is designing roads, utility networks, ski slopes, an artificial snowmaking system, a multifunctional center, and a passenger cable car. Design completion is scheduled for 2026, after which project implementation will begin.

Resort development issues were discussed at a meeting between Ingushetia's Head of State, Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov, and Deputy Minister of Economic Development of the Russian Federation, Sergei Nazarov. Particular attention was paid to providing the facilities with electricity, gas, and water. A water supply procedure has been established: Kavkaz.RF submits an application, the republic's single water supply operator develops the technical specifications, and then the activities and their costs are calculated. Funding sources for infrastructure solutions are also to be determined.

The head of the republic ordered that deadlines, responsible executors, and oversight procedures be established for each area, and that a single responsible person from the region be appointed to coordinate the work.
