The Golovin Dacha, a federal cultural heritage site, will be restored by 2028.
The restoration project for this 1823-1824 building, designed by architect Ludwig Charlemagne, includes the removal of later partitions and the restoration of the historic entrance porches and symmetrical window openings. Special attention will be paid to the landscape of the dacha site. The building will be adapted for modern use while preserving all protected elements. The restoration will be carried out by developer City Solutions.
ACM began the restoration and adaptation project for this unique wooden monument over 10 years ago.
