The former Kudryavtsev Commercial Bathhouse at 4 Bobruiskaya Street in St. Petersburg has been designated a regional monument.

The commercial bathhouse building was constructed in 1905 according to the designs of civil engineer Alexander Montag in the Art Nouveau style. The property, including all the buildings, belonged to Pyotr Kudryavtsev and his wife.

In 1909, the architect Adam Dietrich reconstructed the bathhouse into a higher education institution – the Higher Stebutov Courses of the Society for the Promotion of Women's Agricultural Education. Students were accepted to the courses after completing seven years of secondary education. The course lasted three years.

From 1930 to 1939, the building housed a dormitory for the Kirov Forestry Academy.

Based on materials from the Committee for State Control, Use, and Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments of St. Petersburg.
