Mamison is an all-season resort in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. It is located in the famous Mamison Gorge, 100 kilometers from Vladikavkaz. In summer, scenic hikes and excursions to the springs are available, while in winter, the ski slopes open for skiing. Guests at the resort can enjoy delicious cuisine and choose from a variety of accommodation options, including an eco-village, space glamping, and a tent camp. You can also learn more about the region's history by visiting the 7th-9th century Christian church sanctuary, the open-air museum of Lisri village, and many other attractions.

Brainstorming at an altitude of 2,950 meters: How Mamison is searching for ideas to conquer the tourism market.

The educational intensive course "Regional Potential. Attractive Economy" has opened at the Mamison resort in North Ossetia. The event is being organized by Rosmolodezh.Predprinimatel in partnership with Kavkaz.RF. Fifty young entrepreneurs from across Russia are participating in the project.

"Today, 50 of the best project creators from across the country have gathered at Mamison. And the organizers face a challenging task: choosing the best of the best. We believe in your keen mind, creative vision, and innovative approach. This means many interesting projects await us. Go for it!" Alexey Elin, Advisor to the General Director of Kavkaz.RF, addressed the forum participants.

The program includes lectures on financial modeling, marketing, and pitching. Kavkaz.RF will introduce the entrepreneurs to the resort, its residents, and their projects, including site visits.

Currently, work at Mamison is being conducted in three areas. "Action" is for entrepreneurs aged 18 to 35 with existing projects they want to refine and take to the next level. "Start" is for participants without their own businesses but willing to offer solutions to the challenges they face. The "Career" category is for hundreds of students from North Ossetia who see their future in the tourism industry or want to find employment at the resort. A separate intensive program has been developed specifically for them; they will learn about the specialists currently in demand, and some will have the opportunity to interview with Mamison residents.

"The intensive program gives participants something difficult to obtain in everyday life—direct contact with a major client. Participants work on Kavkaz.RF projects, see the resorts from the inside, and interact with residents and experts. This allows them to propose solutions that will help develop the resorts of the North Caucasus and make them more attractive to tourists. "For entrepreneurs, this is an opportunity to enter a new market, gain partner support, and a chance to implement their idea," emphasized Dmitry Mamaev, First Deputy Head of Rosmolodezh.Predprinimatel and Rosmolodezh.Profi.

Over the course of five days, participants will develop solutions tailored to the specific needs of Kavkaz.RF. There are five case studies: creating an all-season activity program, a digital platform for tourists, developing event tourism, developing family vacation infrastructure, and a loyalty program for regular guests.

Only 20 teams will be allowed to participate in the final defense on September 25. A committee consisting of experts from Kavkaz.RF, Rosmolodezh, and the government of North Ossetia will select the best solutions. The winners will receive expert support and the opportunity to become residents of the special economic zone or strategic partners of the resort.

The intensive course is being implemented as part of the All-Russian Program for the Development of Youth Entrepreneurship, part of the "Personnel" national project.
