The company was founded in 2003 in St. Petersburg. Originally it was a "Personal Creative Architectural Workshop", created by architects-restorers who worked in the State Hermitage. Now "ACM Group" is a company of professional restorers, operating in many cities and regions of Russia - St. Petersburg and Leningrad region, Moscow, Astrakhan, Kaliningrad, Norilsk, in the Republics of Crimea and Karelia, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of Ingushetia and the Republic of Sakha, as well as carrying out international restoration projects in Europe and the Republic of Uzbekistan. According to the company's projects, more than 160 monument buildings have been restored.

The Krupskaya Palace on Obukhovskaya Oborona Avenue in St. Petersburg will receive the status of an object of cultural heritage of regional significance.

The Workers' Club of the Rabochy spinning and weaving factory is one of the first clubs created to promote the ideas of socialist revolution and equality, which were to become the center of cultural and educational work for the proletariat. The construction of the club began in 1927 according to the project of architect S. Ovsyannikov, the grand opening was timed to the 10th anniversary of the revolution. In 1963 the institution was transformed into the Palace of Culture. Since 1991 the building has housed a book fair.
