In Konstantinovka, one of the architectural monuments of the Rostov region, the building of the Cossack Military Craft School, which belonged to the Konstantinovka Technological College, was almost completely dismantled.
The Cossack school was built in 1895 as an institution for training craftsmen for Cossack military units. Workshops for sewing uniforms and equipment were organized in the school. The local authorities did not care to give the building the status of a cultural heritage object, which allowed the dismantling of the unique brick three-storey building with a decorated facade and interior elements in spring.
