After resting for a few hours left the Kamata Life Base.

Thus opened the most difficult part of the race - the transition to the life base Upper Balkaria.

There are no markings and no external support. Three valleys. Three passes. No communication and no settlements.

In many ways, this is the section that the Caucasus Ultra Trail runners come to run.
