Mamison Resort
Mamison Resort

Mamison is an all-season resort in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. It is located in the famous Mamison Gorge, 100 kilometers from Vladikavkaz. In summer, scenic hikes and excursions to the springs are available, while in winter, the ski slopes open for skiing. Guests at the resort can enjoy delicious cuisine and choose from a variety of accommodation options, including an eco-village, space glamping, and a tent camp. You can also learn more about the region's history by visiting the 7th-9th century Christian church sanctuary, the open-air museum of Lisri village, and many other attractions.

An exhibition of works by the outstanding Ossetian sculptor Vladimir Soskiev opens in Moscow today. Vladimir Borisovich's finest works will be on display at the Museum of Nonconformism on Myasnitskaya Street until January 31, 2027.

The exhibition is called "Ascent" and is dedicated to the artist's journey of overcoming, his relentless pursuit of the light, and, of course, his mountainous nature and his roots in Ossetian culture.

It's significant that this summer, Vladimir Soskiev's works will also be on display at the new Mamison resort. An open-air sculpture exhibition will open there as part of the second art festival from August 21-23.
