A major investment project to build a four-star hotel and business center has begun in Nazran.

The facility will be built on the site of the former Summer Amphitheater, an area that remained abandoned for many years. The total investment is approximately 1.8 billion rubles.

The project envisions the creation of a fully functional multifunctional complex consisting of a 120-room hotel, a business center, exhibition spaces, coworking areas, a spa, a restaurant complex, and a separate children's entertainment center.
