The company was founded in 2003 in St. Petersburg. Originally it was a "Personal Creative Architectural Workshop", created by architects-restorers who worked in the State Hermitage. Now "ACM Group" is a company of professional restorers, operating in many cities and regions of Russia - St. Petersburg and Leningrad region, Moscow, Astrakhan, Kaliningrad, Norilsk, in the Republics of Crimea and Karelia, the Chechen Republic, the Republic of Ingushetia and the Republic of Sakha, as well as carrying out international restoration projects in Europe and the Republic of Uzbekistan. According to the company's projects, more than 160 monument buildings have been restored.

In Krasnoyarsk, the cultural heritage object “I.G. Gadalov's House of Income” located at the corner of Mira and Paris Commune Streets will be restored. The historic house will be made a part of the museum quarter together with the Surikov Art Museum. Surikov Art Museum, located in a neighboring building.

The two-story house of the Gadalov dynasty was built in the late 19th century. In different years it housed grocery stores, Yenisei provincial administration, River Shipping Administration, military commissariat, hospital with a morgue in the basement and other institutions.

In early 1897, Vladimir Lenin, who was waiting in Krasnoyarsk to be sent into exile, often visited here. In 2021 any mention of the stay of the leader of the revolution here was removed from the official name of the object - and they did the right thing!
