The museum complex "Estate of Aseev" is located on the banks of the Tsny River in Tambov. The palace was built according to the project Arch. L.Kekusheva in 1905 in the Art Nouveau style. During the First World War, Mikhail Aseev transferred the house to the infirmary, and in 1917 he left Tambov to escape from the new regime. In 1918, the building housed a colony for homeless children, later an orphanage. In Soviet times, the house with the park was used as a tuberculosis sanatorium.
In 2014, a complete restoration of the mansion was carried out, and in 2017, ASM was engaged in a project to adapt the territory of the unique monument.
