Sports Minister Mikhail Degtyarev met in Moscow with the Executive Director of Kavkaz.RF, Hasan Timizhev, and Deputy General Director, Khisa Bekkaev.

The discussion focused on the construction of two cable cars with double chairlifts on the glacier, reaching an altitude of 4,100 meters, a snow park, a cross park, and a mogul training complex.

This is a technically challenging project, as the construction season at such altitudes lasts only a couple of months a year. Furthermore, cracks on the glacier itself must first be sealed. Despite this, work on the project has already begun.
