The former building of the Putilov Factory Consumers' Society at 39 Stachek Avenue has been recognized as a monument of regional significance.
The Consumers' Society was opened at the Putilov Factory in 1880 to provide workers and employees with high-quality food products and household goods at low prices. In 1911, a new stone store opened on the former Peterhof Highway. The first floor housed grocery stores, while the second floor housed haberdashery, clothing, footwear, and tableware stores.
The facades are designed in the Art Nouveau style. Today, the building retains its historical function and houses a variety of shops.
