Mamison is an all-season resort in the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania. It is located in the famous Mamison Gorge, 100 kilometers from Vladikavkaz. In summer, scenic hikes and excursions to the springs are available, while in winter, the ski slopes open for skiing. Guests at the resort can enjoy delicious cuisine and choose from a variety of accommodation options, including an eco-village, space glamping, and a tent camp. You can also learn more about the region's history by visiting the 7th-9th century Christian church sanctuary, the open-air museum of Lisri village, and many other attractions.

Elbrus and Mamison invite you to a musical summer in the mountains.

The mountain resorts managed by Kavkaz.RF have launched a series of high-altitude concerts. Throughout the warm season, live symphonic music, neoclassical music, and DJ sets will be performed at Mamison and Elbrus, at altitudes of 3,000 meters above sea level. Admission to the concerts is free; you only need a cable car ticket.

The first Music Saturday took place at Mamison last weekend. The next musical encounter is scheduled for July 18th, when the Aeternum Show orchestra will perform at the Zaramag-1 cable car station. The program begins at 4:00 PM, so you can enjoy live music during the pre-sunset "golden hour." Hundreds of candles will add a touch of romance to the moment, surrounding the orchestra.

To make getting to the concert more convenient, guests will receive a free shuttle service from Vladikavkaz to Mamison and back. Minibuses will depart on July 18 at 1:00 PM from the Troya gas station and the Ossetian Theater. A daily shuttle service will also be available: a bus from the Ossetian Theater departs for the resort at 8:00 AM.

Guests at the Elbrus resort will enjoy neoclassical music performed by the Orchestra of New Time on July 25. Soundtracks from famous films and original classical compositions will be performed at the Mir station, at an altitude of 3,500 meters. Guests will be able to gather and take photos starting at 5:00 PM, and the concert will begin at 6:00 PM. Cable car rides will begin at 7:00 PM.

The main musical event of August at the legendary resort in Kabardino-Balkaria will be a mountain concert featuring popular artists. On August 15, Russian pop artists and renowned North Caucasus bands will perform at the Azau Glade. An autograph session will be held above, at one of the cable car stations. The concert begins at 6:00 PM.

Guests at Elbrus will enjoy live DJ entertainment on July 18 and 31, and August 8 and 22: live music will ring out over the mountains at the Mir station. At Mamison, you can hear original DJ sets on August 1 and 15 at the Zaramag-1 station.

While DJs can be seen in our mountains a few times this summer, we definitely recommend not missing the orchestral music and concert at the Azau Glade; these will be one-time events. After similar events last year, we collected hundreds of reviews, the essence of which boiled down to one thing: live music in the mountains is a unique experience that remains in your memory forever. The musical events at Mamison and Elbrus are organized by Kavkaz.RF, the resort management company and the unified development institute for the North Caucasus. Together with the Russian Ministry of Economic Development, the company builds and develops mountain resorts, manages a tourism and recreational special economic zone, creates conditions for business development in the region, and fosters a favorable investment climate. Deputy Prime Minister Alexander Novak oversees the North Caucasus Federal District in the Russian Government.
