The building of the former Loan Treasury will be adapted for offices, cafes and exhibition halls.
The historic mansion in Nastasyinsky Pereulok, 3 in Moscow, built in 1913-1916 by architect Vladimir Pokrovsky, will undergo a large-scale restoration and subsequent adaptation for modern use. The work was initiated by the Bank of Russia, the current owner of the building. They promise to preserve everything - the facade decor and stucco, paintings and decorative elements of the Naryshkin Baroque in the interiors.
The NKVD and the State Bank managed to work in this building. After the restoration, the kopeck house will no longer be closed behind the thick veil of its status - it will become a part of the city life.
