The intellectual game "Climate Challenge: The Arctic and Us" was held in the Achkhoy-Martan district as part of the national "Environmental Well-Being" project.
During the event, participants formed teams to answer questions about climate change, permafrost thawing, greenhouse gases, and global warming. Separate tasks focused on the impacts of climate change on Russian regions.
The game program included thematic rounds: "Carbon Footprint and Climate," "The Arctic and Infrastructure," "Nature and Adaptation," "Global Connections," and "Future Technologies." The discussions addressed the impact of climate change on agriculture and water supply, as well as options for adaptation measures.
