The second phase of the Sunzha Agrokombinat is scheduled to open in 2027.

The investor previously encountered difficulties with grid connections and financing. These issues have been addressed and are being gradually resolved with the participation of regional leadership.

The Sunzha Agrokombinat is currently the largest agro-industrial complex in the Republic of Ingushetia.

The first phase, launched in 2019 with the participation of the North Caucasus Development Corporation (now Kavkaz.RF), includes 10.5 hectares of greenhouses. Investments totaled 1.7 billion rubles, with annual production exceeding 5,000 tons.

The second phase includes the construction of a 22-hectare greenhouse complex, the launch of the Tikhaya electrical substation, and increasing the total greenhouse area to over 32 hectares. The investment volume is estimated at 7 billion rubles, of which 1.3 billion rubles are planned to be contributed by the Kavkaz.RF development institute.

Once reaching design capacity, tomato and other vegetable production in the republic could increase to 25,000–26,000 tons per year. This will create new jobs, generate additional tax revenue, and strengthen the region's food security, facilitated by the coordinated efforts of the investor, relevant agencies, and federal development institutions.
