Welcome to the Shatoy Municipal District of the Chechen Republic. The Shatoy district is located in the southern part of Chechnya in a mountainous area. Its administrative center is the village of Shatoi. The district borders on the Grozny, Itum-Kali, Sharoy and Urus-Martan districts of the republic. The Argun Gorge occupies a significant part of the territory of the district. Moderate climate and location in the mountain zone determine the vector of economic development. It should be noted that the economic sector is developing due to various directions. The main ones are agro-industrial complex, tourism, services, construction. In addition, investment programs are being implemented in the district. Shatoy district strikes both with its natural beauty and historical heritage. There are many medieval combat and dwelling towers, one of the largest medieval necropolises in the Caucasus, etc. The district has a lot of medieval monuments. There are petroglyphs, solar and protective symbols on architectural monuments.

The village of Nikhaloy in the Shatoi district of the Chechen Republic has a new health care facility - a paramedic and obstetric station. It was built as part of the national project “Long and Active Life” and the federal project “Modernization of Primary Health Care”.
