A one-story mansion with a semi-basement floor in Moscow's Denezhny Lane, built in 1899 to a design by architect Carl Treiman for Natalia Urusova, has received the status of a cultural heritage site.
The building has preserved the historical design of the facades in neoclassical style. The interiors of the house are made in the eclectic style - stucco plaster decoration, tinted ornaments with plant motifs, desudeports, cornices, plafonds and rosettes, as well as parquet floors. In addition, the historic grand marble staircase, stoves and fireplace have been preserved. The mansion's metal openwork fence, designed by architect Stanislav Kuchinsky, is also protected.
