Welcome to the Sernovodskoe district! The Sernovodskoe district is situated on the Chechen plain at the foot of the Sunzha Range, which is part of the Terek-Sunzha mountain system. The district was established in 1920 at the first congress of the Terek peoples. The climate here is temperate, with hot summers and cool winters. The average annual air temperature is about +5°C, and the duration of the warm period with temperatures above +15°C reaches 140 days. The average annual precipitation is 400-500 mm. The main winds blow from west to east, but during the summer months, especially in August, the district may be exposed to dry weather from Central Asia. Sernovodskoe district is famous for its natural resources, traditional crafts and resort opportunities, which form the basis of its economic and cultural development. The district is also rich in historical and cultural monuments.

Pupils of the House of Children and Youth Tourism and Excursions of Sernovodskoye municipal district laid flowers at the monument to Soviet soldiers who died in battles with fascist invaders in 1941-1945 on Victory Day.

The event was held within the framework of the national project “Youth and Children” and the federal project “We Are Together”.
