Ezihi, a local settlement in the Itum Kalin district of the Chechen Republic, is part of the Tushari rural settlement. It is located 15 kilometres north-west of the Itum Qali district centre. Nowadays Ezikhi has ruins of civilian buildings, as well as remains of early Muslim burials both within and around the village.

All district organizations and institutions, as well as residents, actively participated in the cleanup effort, fulfilling their responsibilities with great enthusiasm and responsibility. Together, they cleared the forest belt, removing dead wood, grass clippings, and debris to preserve the natural beauty and ensure the environmental safety of the district.
In the Itum-Kali Municipal District, as part of the Year of Mountain Development and Support for Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurs, the Ministry of Youth of the Chechen Republic, with the support of the Itum-Kali Municipal District Administration, organized a training course entitled "Guide Instructor: Safety and Hospitality."
The aim of the training was to enhance the professional skills of young guides, provide instruction on ensuring tourist safety, and develop hospitality and communication skills.
The training was attended by professionals with experience in the tourism business and security, enabling participants to gain relevant knowledge and practical skills. Participants improved their knowledge of safe tour procedures, improved their communication skills with tourists, and gained practical experience interacting in real-life situations.
A large-scale preventive campaign was conducted in the Itum-Kali municipal district of the Chechen Republic to inform the population about fire safety measures.
As part of the campaign, residents of the district received 300 leaflets explaining fire safety requirements.
The event was organized by the Itum-Kali District Administration in conjunction with the Republic's fire service.
A regular clean-up day was held in Itum-Kali village on the eve of the Itum-Kali District Day holiday.
Work was carried out on whitewashing and trimming trees and cleaning the territory. The event was attended by employees of the district administration, rural settlements, representatives of public organizations and ordinary residents of Itum-Kali.
A hotel to be managed by the federal hotel operator Cosmos Hotel Group will open in the Veduchi resort. The complex will include 173 rooms and will start operating in the second half of 2025.
Cosmos Hotel Group considers the Veduchi resort promising for attracting tourists to the region, which will be facilitated by the development of infrastructure and quality service. The design of the hotel will reflect the national culture through ornaments, carvings, reliefs, stone masonry. The operator itself will carry out complex management of the hotel: from control of service provision and staff training to marketing promotion.
Itum-Kali hosted the Youth Health Festival “Akhmat Sila!!!”. The competition was attended by teams of schoolchildren of the district of 9-11 grades, who competed in various sports disciplines. The winners were awarded with cups and medals.
The event was organized jointly with the Ministry of Physical Culture and Sport of the Chechen Republic, the Youth Centre of the Chechen Republic and the Akhmat youth social-patriotic movement. In addition, the festival was held as part of the Chechen Republic's 2025 Program for the Comprehensive Development of Youth Policy.
As part of the order of Ramzan Kadyrov and with the participation of the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia for the Itum-Kalin district of the Czech Republic Hamid Saiduyev, the opening event of the entrance gate in the rural settlement of Hildehara Itum-Kalin municipal district was held.
Dozens of natives of Hildehara came to the opening, who are actively involved in the restoration of their native settlement. The elders expressed hope that the ancient Hildehara would soon be restored to its historical boundaries.
In the Itum-Kalin municipal district, the “Second Itum-Kalin Territory Development Forum” was held, headed by the head of the All-Russian Association of Municipal Leaders (KRMS) Mikhail Oshlakov, Deputy of the Parliament of the Czech Republic Yusup Talkhigov and Deputy of the Council of Deputies of the Itum-Kalin district Hussein Kazaev. The Forum was attended by more than 30 heads of Russian regions: Leningrad, Irkutsk, Samara, Lipetsk regions, Altai Krai and others, heads of enterprises of the military-industrial complex, as well as representatives of the business community.
The participants visited the autumn fair in the MBEU “Sush of Itum-Kali village named after Kh. Isayev” in Phakoche, took part in a tour of the administration of the Itum-Kalin municipal district, a fish farm, laid flowers at the Memorial of the First President of the Chechen Republic Hero of Russia A-Kadyrov.
During the Forum, a Protocol on technological cooperation was signed in the framework of cooperation with enterprises of the military-industrial complex and enterprises solving the problems of import substitution in industry between the Administration of the Itum-Kalin municipal district and JSC NPO High Precision Complexes. Also, the presentation of the logo for the Second Itum-Kalin Forum for the Development of Territories was held, which is planned to be used as one of the elements of the district’s brand and used to mark goods and services produced in the district. All participants of the Forum received gifts with the logo of Itum-Kalinsky district.
The Central Library of Itum-Kalin Municipal District opened its doors for the book and illustrative exhibition “We Remember, We Keep in Memory”, dedicated to the 21st anniversary of the official inauguration of the President of the Chechen Republic Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov. The exhibition presents encyclopedic materials, books on the biography and family of the First President, a collection of poems written by Akhmat-Haji Kadyrov, his photos and photographs of his friends, newspaper and magazine publications in Russian and Chechen languages, which highlights biographical facts, stages of Kadyrov’s political activity.
The exhibition was attended by schoolchildren, youth and residents of the district.
All-season tourist and recreational resort "Veduchi" Itum-Kalin municipal district of the Chechen Republic became the venue for the All-Russian sports and tourist festival "Open Chechnya". The festival was organized by the Ministry of Physical Culture, Sport and Youth Policy of the Czech Republic. The purpose of the event is to popularize tourism and a healthy lifestyle, attract young people to sports, as well as strengthen interregional relations among young people.
Participants of the festival got acquainted with professional competencies in the field of tourism and hospitality, with the organization and conduct of sports and tourist events, took part in sports games, quests, hiking.

The head of the administration of the Itum-Kalin district of the Chechen Republic, Hoza Abdulhamidovich Bursagov, at a meeting with representatives of the development team of the National System "Territory", within the framework of official cooperation, approved a plan for the implementation of the system in the Itum-Kalin district.
The "Territory" system will be used to inform guests about the tourist and recreational opportunities of the Itum-Kalin district, settlements, objects of cultural heritage, natural monuments, and existing organizations. Special attention is paid to investment projects adopted in the region and supported by the leadership of the Republic.
To increase the level of security of guests of the district, it was decided to configure security perimeters and response zones to automate alerts in case of emergencies or signs of violation of controlled perimeters.
The timing of the implementation and launch of the Territory system in the area is set for the summer of 2024.
At the moment, work is already underway on the territory of the district, information about attractions is collected, the boundaries of the OKN are measured.

Итум-Калинский муниципальный район посетили разработчики первого в России мастер-плана региона
В Грозном состоялась установочная сессия в рамках разработки стратегического мастер-плана Чеченской Республики. Он станет первым подобным документом в России.
Разработчики мастер-плана Чеченской Республики посетили Итум-Калинский район. Гостям провели экскурсию по районному центру Итум-Кали, улице им. А-Х.Кадырова и ВТРК «Ведучи». Этот всесезонный курорт уже зарекомендовал себя как надежный механизм устойчивого развития социально-экономического развития региона.
Как было подчеркнуто разработчиками, главные цели мастер-плана республики: повышение качества жизни населения и рост экономики; реализация новых инвестиционных проектов с учётом приоритетных отраслей, свободных земельных участков и площадей, логистики и социальной инфраструктуры; повышение качества среды для жизни, а также формирование гармоничного облика городов и районов; определение ключевых проектов развития республики.
На гостеприимной земле Итум-Калинского района прошло замечательное событие - Конференция, посвященная 10-летнему юбилею информационно-политического журнала «Деловой Грозный». Мероприятие собрало более 80 представителей из 9 стран, включая Россию, Марокко, Бенин, Гану, Индию, Турцию, Германию, Сербию, и Беларусь.
Гости ознакомились с историей района и посетили рыбное хозяйство, развиваемое под руководством Рамзана Ахматовича Кадырова.
Администрация Итум-Калинского района поздравила коллектив «Delovoy Grozny» с юбилеем и вручила Почетные грамоты за вклад в информационное освещение социально-экономического развития района.
Конференция также стала площадкой для важных встреч с представителями различных структур, политиками, бизнесменами и деятелями культуры. Гости оценили не только исторические объекты горного района, но и его гостеприимство, угостились местной кухней, а также насладились содержательным концертом.

Заместитель главы администрации, Арби Заурбеков, председательствовал на мероприятии, а вел заседание юрист-консультант Мансур Мурадов.
На семинаре обсуждались вопросы, связанные с составлением протоколов по административным правонарушениям. Участники, представляющие администрацию сельских поселений, рассмотрели тему «Протокол об административном правонарушении: понятие, процессуальное значение, порядок составления».
Семинар включал презентацию, ознакомление с процессом составления протокола, а также выявление типичных ошибок, допущенных в предыдущем периоде. Участникам предоставили раздаточный материал для использования в работе.
Особое внимание уделили разъяснениям и комментариям к правилам по выпасу и прогону скота и птицы, в том числе статьям о нарушении правил содержания животных и создании помех в движении транспорта и пешеходов.
В заключении семинарского занятия было дано поручение обратить внимание на недопущение роста административных правонарушений на территории Итум-Калинского муниципального района.
Заложена капсула времени под мечеть в селе Итум-Кали
Важное мероприятие в жизни Итум-Калинского муниципального района: муфтий Чеченской Республики, шейх Салахь-Хаджи Межиев, советник Главы Чеченской Республики, посетил район с благородной миссией — заложить капсулу времени под будущую мечеть для тысячи молящихся.
Инициатором этого знакового события выступил Региональный общественный фонд имени Первого Президента Чеченской Республики Ахмата-Хаджи Кадырова. Президент фонда, Аймани Несиевна Кадырова, рассказала о строительстве двенадцати новых мечетей в республике в текущем году.
Шейх Межиев обратился к гостям и жителям, подчеркнув важность этого события и роль Главы республики Рамзана Кадырова в развитии региона. Он также обратился к потомкам, призывая сохранять богобоязненность и верить в лучшее будущее, живя в мире и согласии.
Администрация Итум-Калинского муниципального района активно привлекает инвестиции, сосредотачивая внимание на развитии и использовании потенциала района.
Глава администрации, И.Бурсагов, подчеркнул, что 2024 год станет важным этапом в реализации крупного инвестиционного проекта – строительства животноводческой фермы для разведения КРС и лошадей. Инициатором проекта является Цамаев Ломали Хасраилович, руководитель КФХ «Гимар». Ферма планируется построить в с.Гимар, высокогорном и экологически чистом месте Терлойского сельского поселения. Предполагаемые инвестиции составляют 43,0 млн.руб., с созданием 5 рабочих мест.
Работы начались в 2023 году в рамках исполнения поручения Главы Чеченской Республики Р.А. Кадырова от 05.11.2018 №01-26 пп, направленного на восстановление исторической территории Галанчожского района ЧР и создание благоприятных условий для инвестиций, развития сельского хозяйства и использования потенциала горных территорий.
Нет сомнений в том, что это благодатное начало для увеличения достатка и изобилия мясо-молочной продукции в горном районе, а также, что продукция хозяйства будет пользоваться повышенным спросом и за пределами района.
