This is how the “Holy Gate Tower” in the Pskov-Pechersk Monastery looks now, after restoration under the project of “ACM Group”.

An unexpected result was obtained during the cleaning of the entrance group at the cultural heritage of regional significance at 9 Leningradsky Prospekt in Vyborg. Under numerous layers of Soviet-era paintwork, the author's ornaments that once adorned the front of the five-storey profitable house, built by order of Alfa JSC in 1907 according to the project of architect A. Shulman in the Northern Art Nouveau style, were revealed.

In Krasny Yar village, Samara region, restoration work was completed on the cultural heritage site of regional significance “House of merchant Zakharov”. In the course of works, the facade of the building was cleaned from late paint and cement, and the historical brickwork was restored to make up for losses.

In the city of Buzuluk, Orenburg region, in the building of a former water intake station dating back to 1904, the restaurant “Berega” opened - an example of careful work with a cultural heritage object.

In addition to the restoration of the building itself, the cobblestone sidewalk was recreated, as well as window and door fills. A local context was added to the restaurant's interiors - one of the walls is decorated with copies of artifacts from the Buzuluk Water Supply Society. The new additions to the building were made without any attempt to make it “historic” - an honest loft with a folded roof and open structures.

ACM Group specialists start the restoration project of the Khart Tower Complex in the mountainous Ingushetia.

According to history, one of the Kkhart combat towers was blown up during the Rosen expedition in 1832. Just above the complex is the half-destroyed ancestral sanctuary of Dyalite, which was one of the main spiritual centers of Ingushetia.

There are plans to recreate the Triumphal Arch in Nizhny Novgorod. Presumably, the Triumphal Arch historically represented a structure on a brick foundation, which was based on a power frame made of metal with planking painted in light color.

The main volumes of the corner towers had board cladding with imitation rustication. Copper was used to cover the roofs of the towers. Next to the arch it is planned to build an exhibition space made of a metal frame in dark colors, which will house a cafe, a fund storage and a souvenir shop.

Russian wood carving is quite widely represented in the Russian Ethnographic Museum in St. Petersburg. Gables, platbands, sandwiches and other architectural elements collected in the museum make you think about symbolism and fairy-tale characters.

An unexpected discovery was made during conservation work at Vyborg Cathedral. The remains of two stone vaults were discovered under a layer of earth in the process of strengthening the foundations. Presumably in this place there was a side entrance to the choir.

The Cathedral began to be built in 1413, in 1554 it became the Cathedral. It was destroyed during the Great Patriotic War. Conservation work is now being carried out on the cathedral, which will allow the remaining part of the building to be preserved.

Restoration work continues at the Palace of Pioneers, a cultural heritage site of regional significance in Tver. At present, anti-avoidance measures are being taken to strengthen the foundations, floors and brickwork.

The building was originally built as a factory-kitchen, but it was never used for its intended purpose. In the 1930s it housed residential premises, the Union of Oilmen and Chauffeurs, a sawmill and a tour desk. In 1939 the building was rebuilt according to the project of architect I. Leonidov and handed over to the Palace of Pioneers of Kalinin. During the occupation the building was partially burned down, but in 1947 it was restored.

The restoration of the Lower Grids Tower of the Pskovo-Pechersk Monastery under the project of ACM Group is reaching its final stage.

Built during the Livonian War in 1558-1565 , during the time of hegumen Cornelius, by order of Ivan the Terrible, the tower is a combat, culvert and gate tower. It has three tiers with loopholes. After the fire in 1688 the tower lost its military value and continued to deteriorate.

The architectural monument was restored to its historical appearance. Today the restoration of the vault of the passage arch and two gates is being completed.

The second season of archaeological excavations has begun at the Pui Tower Complex in mountainous Ingushetia, which is being restored under an ACM Group project.

Last year, the Heritage team made several unique finds at the complex, including group burials, a ritual burial of a foal, an Islamic burial of a child, and some 500 historical artifacts.

The selection of participants for the summer restoration school "Heritage Craftsmen", which will be held June 16-29 in the museum-reserve "Divnogorie", has begun.

Today was held the acceptance of restoration works on the object of cultural heritage of federal significance “Tower of the Holy Gates”, which is the main entrance to the Pskovo-Pechersk Monastery.

The specialists of ACM Group told the distinguished commission about the findings made during the inspection of the tower and design solutions, and the commission approved the completed works and accepted the object.

An important stage of the restoration of Catherine's Palace has been completed in Tsarskoye Selo. After five years of painstaking work, the private rooms of Catherine II, which were practically destroyed during the Great Patriotic War, were opened. They were recreated according to historical descriptions and photographs. Now there are many restoration techniques on display here - more than ten types of gilding, wood carving, majolica, cobalt glass, engravings and paintings.

The Vinogradovo estate, which also includes the houses of Hermann, Banza and the cellar, is being restored in Moscow.

The history of the Vinogradovo estate in the Severny district goes back almost 400 years. At different times the ancestors of Alexander Pushkin, princes Vyazemsky, counts Benkendorf, merchants Buchumov and many others lived here. Famous writers and poets - Ivan Krylov, Gavriil Derzhavin, Nikolai Karamzin - were frequent guests of the estate.

At the beginning of the twentieth century, the eastern dwelling house of Banza and the western dwelling house of Hermann were built on the territory of the estate according to the project of architect I. Rylsky.

From May 17 to September 21, the Vyborg Castle will present a large-scale collection of Falconier bricks and ancient glass architectural elements.

The exhibition “Light Through Time: Architectural Glass in Falconier's Orbit” will present floor prisms and portholes, Luxfer window prisms, Kappler glass, glass tiles, various handles with glass rollers, Soviet glass blocks and many other glass items. A special place in the exposition will be occupied by authentic catalogs and price lists of the early twentieth century, confirming the authenticity of the collection.

The project of restoration and recreation of the Nazranovskaya Fortress, a cultural heritage site of federal significance, prepared by ACM Group with the support of the SAFMAR Charitable Foundation, will be presented in a month at the VIII All-Russian Festival “Architectural Heritage. 2025” in Ryazan.

Last week, the official acceptance of restoration works at the cultural heritage site of federal significance “Upper Grids Tower” on the territory of the Pskov-Pechersk Monastery took place. The esteemed commission accepted the project without remarks.

A few years ago, as part of research work, the specialists of ACM Group discovered unique plaster drawings made by Streltsy guards of the Petrine period who guarded the tower.

The Ministry for the Protection of Monuments of History and Culture of the Penza Region issued a permit to carry out restoration work on the Church of Michael the Archangel in the village of Lermontovo.

The church is located in the estate of the poet's grandmother and is part of the site of cultural heritage of federal significance “The grave of Mikhail Lermontov 1814-1841 ”.

The church was built at the expense of E.A. Arsenieva from 1826 to 1840. The architect is unknown.

The monument is an interesting example of Russian provincial architecture of the mid-19th century in the Empire style.
