The Central State Archive of Literature and Art handed over to the historians of “ACM Group” unique historical photographs of the Erzi tower complex, collected in 1938 by architect R.L.Rotach.

Over the past 2024 years, ACM Group specialists have collected hundreds of historical photographs of Ingushetia's mountainous tower complexes and their inhabitants from archives in St. Petersburg, Moscow, Ossetia, Chechnya and Georgia. The unique photos were systematized, annotated and have already been included in the Unified Database of Cultural Heritage Sites of the Republic of Ingushetia, which is being created on the initiative of the SAFMAR and Renaissance Charity Funds.

In addition, today the first edition of two large-format albums containing the most interesting historical photos of the tower complexes came out of the St. Petersburg printing house.

The work on the search for the history of Ingushetia continues and by the end of this year two more new albums should appear.

The Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theater will restore the Kamennoostrovsky Theater - from February to December 2026 there will be no performances there. The second stage of the G. A. Tovstonogov Bolshoi Drama Theater is to restore the facades, plafond painting, balconies, boxes and walls.

Kamennoostrovsky Theater is the only surviving monument of wooden architecture of the classicism era in St. Petersburg. The building was constructed in 1827 according to the project of architect S.L. Shustov.

The White Iris Cultural Heritage Preservation Foundation is starting to accept applications for the Temple Keepers School, a project for those who want to take an ancient temple or estate under their protection. The program will start with a face-to-face meeting of participants in August, followed by a series of online seminars with experts in heritage conservation, project management, community outreach and resource mobilization.

On the basis of the meeting of the esteemed Council of the Union of Restorers of June 26, a positive decision was made to admit “ ACM Group” as a member of the Union of Restorers. In accordance with the Charter, “ACM Group” is vested with all rights and obligations from July 01 of this year.

Restoration of the Rumyantsev-Zadunaysky Estate, a cultural heritage site of federal significance, has begun on 17/6 Maroseika Street in Moscow.

The manor house was built in 1782 in the eclectic style with elements of classicism and baroque. The question of authorship is still open - according to some experts, it belongs to Matvey Kazakov, according to others - Vasily Bazhenov. In 1793 the owner of the house became the commander General Field Marshal Pyotr Rumyatsev-Zadunaysky, who became famous during the Seven Years' and Russo-Turkish wars. The mansion acquired its modern appearance in the 1880s, when architect Georgiy Kaiser added decorations to its facade, in particular, sculptures with lyres.

During the Soviet era, the mansion was given to the representative office of the Belarusian SSR.

The Engineering House of the Peter and Paul Fortress will host the exhibition “Masterpieces of architectural graphics from the collection of the State Museum of the History of St. Petersburg” from July 07 to August 26.

The museum notes that 2025 was marked by a whole flowering of anniversaries of architects whose names are familiar to everyone. For example, 355 is the anniversary of Dominico Trezzini, 325 - Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli and 250 - Carlo Rossi. The museum keeps drawings of the authors of the projects of the main architectural sights - more than 40 sheets of Rastrelli, about 100 drawings by Voronikhin, more than 200 works by Quarenghi.

At the exhibition you can see the designs of the Summer Palace of Peter the Great by Mikhail Zemtsov, the Hermitage Pavilion in Tsarskoye Selo and the Srednerogat Palace by Francesco Bartolomeo Rastrelli, the Main Admiralty by Andrean Zakharov, the Mining Institute by Andrei Voronikhin, the Marble Palace by Antonio Rinaldi, the Alexandrinsky Theater by Carlo Rossi, the Grand Palace in Pavlovsk by Vincenzo Brenna, and many others, including graphic projects of the Soviet period.

Today, in 1819, St. Petersburg laid the foundation of St. Isaac's Cathedral designed by architect Auguste Montferrand. The largest temple of the northern capital, erected from 1819 to 1858, became an outstanding monument of architecture of the XIX century. It was built by the decree of Emperor Alexander I and is characterized by unique engineering solutions and rich decoration.

Today in Moscow the management of ACM Group and Territory companies held a meeting with the owners of the largest investment and construction company Dongguan Baoxin Building Materials Co. from China. In the course of the long meeting they discussed the application of Chinese materials and equipment for construction, as well as the possibility of investing in design and other activities in Russia.

The State Historical Museum of Moscow handed over unique photographs of the 1920s of the Targim tower complex in mountainous Ingushetia, taken by E. Shilling's expedition, to the historians of ACM Group.

The house of Avdotya Skvortsova, widow of titular counselor Avdotya Skvortsova, opened in the Zapovednye quarters of Nizhny Novgorod at 18 Korolenko Street after restoration. The wooden building was built in 1891-1894 . Now it houses a cultural center, including the headquarters of Tom Sawyer Fest Nizhny Novgorod, an information center, a coffee shop “Mola Mola Capri”, an exposition on the history of the development of the Trekhsvyatsky quarter from the mid-19th century to the present day, an assemblage by Moscow artist Alexei Luka, an exhibition of ethnoboards by designer Rustam Usmanov and the project “What does heritage sound like?”.

On July 10, the rope shop of the National Research University Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg will become an open new cultural and educational space. On the opening day, a cultural and educational marathon dedicated to the Architect's Day will start.
