Today in Moscow the management of ACM Group and Territory companies held a meeting with the owners of the largest investment and construction company Dongguan Baoxin Building Materials Co. from China. In the course of the long meeting they discussed the application of Chinese materials and equipment for construction, as well as the possibility of investing in design and other activities in Russia.

The State Historical Museum of Moscow handed over unique photographs of the 1920s of the Targim tower complex in mountainous Ingushetia, taken by E. Shilling's expedition, to the historians of ACM Group.

The house of Avdotya Skvortsova, widow of titular counselor Avdotya Skvortsova, opened in the Zapovednye quarters of Nizhny Novgorod at 18 Korolenko Street after restoration. The wooden building was built in 1891-1894 . Now it houses a cultural center, including the headquarters of Tom Sawyer Fest Nizhny Novgorod, an information center, a coffee shop “Mola Mola Capri”, an exposition on the history of the development of the Trekhsvyatsky quarter from the mid-19th century to the present day, an assemblage by Moscow artist Alexei Luka, an exhibition of ethnoboards by designer Rustam Usmanov and the project “What does heritage sound like?”.

On July 10, the rope shop of the National Research University Higher School of Economics in St. Petersburg will become an open new cultural and educational space. On the opening day, a cultural and educational marathon dedicated to the Architect's Day will start. On that day, the rope shop will open an exhibition featuring unique graphic works by the avant-garde architect and exhibits from the family collection of Yakov Chernikhov.

The temples of the Pskov architectural school entered the UNESCO world heritage in 2019. It was then that the initiative to hold a forum where colleagues can learn about new practices for the preservation of World Heritage sites appeared.

While the forum is taking place, the architects of ACM Group are continuing design work on the Church of Archangel Michael with a bell tower in Pskov and the Malsky Monastery in the Pskov region.

On July 15, the State Public Historical Library of Russia will host a lecture “Church Museums: History and Modernity” prepared by O.G. Kiryanova, a researcher at the State Research Institute of Restoration and author of the monograph “Church Museums of Central Russia”, who will tell about the history of religious museums in the pre-revolutionary period and about modern museums that have appeared in recent decades both at small churches and at large monasteries, diocesan institutions and educational institutions of the Russian Orthodox Church.

The Committee for State Control, Use and Protection of Historical and Cultural Monuments of St. Petersburg assigned the status of a cultural heritage site of regional significance to the Martynov House, located at the intersection of Bolshaya Monetnaya Street and Kamennoostrovsky Avenue.

Until 1910, the building housed a commercial greenhouse complex, each commercial establishment of which had a specific focus: cultivation of ornamental plants, tree nursery, bouquets and summer flower gardens, cultivation of fruit trees. In 1910 the plot became the property of General of Cavalry Andrey Dmitrievich Martynov - Russian military figure, Chief of Staff of the Don Cossack Troops. By his order, architect A. Khrenov developed a project of a four-storey revenue house in the eclectic style with elements of classicism and art nouveau. Later, according to his design, a three-storey extension was realized and the project of a superstructure on the courtyard side was developed.

Restoration works on the cultural heritage of regional significance of the Primary Women's School on Krasnodar's Krasnaya Street have been completed.

The building in the Eclectic style was built in 1880 at the expense of the city budget. Until 1912, the two-story educational institution was the only one in the north of Yekaterinodar. During the Civil War the school was converted into a hospital. Since the end of the 1950s it housed the House of Pioneers and Schoolchildren. The restoration took place in 2021 in several stages - first of all, the main load-bearing structures were strengthened, later the facades were restored and the roof was reconstructed, the balcony and entrance fences were restored.

As early as today, ACM Group specialists will visit the ancient mountain village of Tsimiti in the Alagirsky district of the Republic of North Ossetia-Alania.

According to legends Tsimiti was founded in the early XIV century, and its founder is considered to be Tsymyti - the commander of the last Alanian king Os-Bagatar. Tsimiti was the center of Tsimiti society with its own class system, legislative assembly and judicial system, composed of representatives of the upper class - uazdans.

More and more often this year specialists of ACM Group, working in the mountains and gorges of mountainous Ingushetia, encounter wild animals and especially brown bears, which this year are especially numerous, and in the most unexpected places.

14 cast-iron lion sculptures were transported from the Kuzminki estate to the workshops. Restoration work has already been carried out to remove paint layers and traces of corrosion, eliminate cracks and defects, restore lost and deformed fragments.

The restorers have moved on to priming and subsequent painting. Already this year the symbols of grandeur and protection of the estate should return to their places. The lions were created almost 200 years ago according to drawings by architect Domenico Gilyardi in the workshop of Santino Campioni. The manes of the predators are covered with Egyptian shawls - as on the sculptures found during excavations in Egypt.

Restoration work continues at the Furtoug Tower Complex in mountainous Ingushetia, including the tower where Dmitry Mendeleev stayed. And today an inspection of the author's supervision took place.

Today, specialists of ACM Group conducted an author's supervision of the restoration of the Eban Tower Complex in mountainous Ingushetia. Recently, a historical stone staircase was discovered in one of the residential towers of the complex during the removal of stone rubble and excavation.

Yesterday, ACM Group specialists took samples of construction materials at several tower complexes in the mountains of Ingushetia. Samples of stone, mortars, cladding and wood will be sent to scientific laboratories in St. Petersburg to study the rocks and compositions.
