Located in the southern mountainous part of Ingushetia, the Jeyrakh district occupies the central part of the Caucasus Mountains. This is the birthplace of the Ingush people, the place from which they settled throughout the modern republic. The area is full of architectural monuments, tower complexes and sanctuaries. The largest of them are the Erzi tower complex, the ancient Christian temple of Thaba-Yerdy, etc.
Being one of the most ecologically clean places on the planet, the Jeyrakh district is known for its reserves created to preserve the unique mountain ecosystem. The Jeyrakh-Assin Museum-Reserve includes more than 1000 monuments of nature, history and culture. In the protected areas of the area lives many species of animals, plants and birds. The highest peaks of Ingushetia, such as Mount Shan (4500 m) and Mount Stolovaya Met-Lam (2993 m), are located in this area. This area is called the “second Switzerland” for its picturesque mountain landscapes. It attracts tourists and athletes.
Jeyrakh district is rich not only with impressive monuments of history and nature. There are health centers aimed at the treatment of the respiratory system, cardiovascular and nervous system. The climate of the area is very favorable for improving the condition of the body and rehabilitation after diseases.

To date, more than 1500 meters of water pipe have been laid. From Mamilov Street to Gudantova Lane.
The fighting spirit and perseverance of athletes from the fighting club "Gladiator", founded on the basis of Jerakh district, were again demonstrated at the All-Russian level. Successfully completed the performance of our athletes at the Russian Championship in pankration, held in Novosibirsk from May 2 to May 4, 2025.

Special attention was paid to the ecological condition of the district. On April 22-23, a large-scale cleanup of the Aramkhi River floodplain took place. Residents of the villages of Jeyrakh, Olgetti and Lyazhgi actively participated in cleaning the banks, clearing trash from water bodies and restoring the natural beauty of the area.
In addition, an unforgettable festive program was arranged for junior school pupils. Investor Alaudin Parchiev organized the event in the Ts1ey-Loam cafe, gathering about eighty children. Tasty treats, fun games and bright surprises were prepared for the young guests.
In Jeyrakh village, work was completed to replace a section of the water pipeline supplying Borova Street and Akhriyev Lane.
Due to the rocky terrain, the method of aboveground laying was used, using aluminum foil shell with glass wool inside.
Parameters of the pipe:
- length 450 meters;
- made of high-strength PVC, withstands pressure up to 16 atmospheres;
- diameter 110 mm.
As part of the implementation of the state program “Formation of modern urban environment in the Republic of Ingushetia for 2018-2030 ”, it is planned to improve the public area on Lyanova Street, near the border post “Furtoug”.
The project includes the following elements of improvement:
- Laying of high-quality sidewalk tiles, ensuring the convenience of pedestrian movement and durability of the sidewalk;
- Installation of cozy gazebos, creating comfortable recreation areas for residents and guests of the district;
- Planting of green plants - trees and shrubs that improve the ecology and make the area picturesque;
- Arrangement of modern lighting, contributing to the safety and attractiveness of the streets in the evening and at night;
-Construction of a fountain.
In the Jeyrakh district, work continues on laying a new asphalt surface on the road from the central mosque in the village of Jeyrakh to the Olgetti-Armkhi fork. The length of the repaired section is more than four kilometers.
At present, excavation and leveling of the ground has been completed. To ensure the durability of the new road, the water pipe is being replaced with a modern one capable of withstanding high pressure.
The phased implementation of the works will minimize inconvenience for residents and guests of the village. Upon completion of the project, the transport infrastructure of Jeyrakh, an important tourist center of Ingushetia, is expected to improve significantly.
The House of Culture in Lyazhgi village held a festive event dedicated to the 80th anniversary of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War.
Employees of the House of Culture together with teachers and students of the State Budgetary Educational Institution “Olgetti village school” prepared a concert program. Children sang songs about the war, performed dances, recited poems. Also at the concert performed great-granddaughters of the veteran of the Great Patriotic War, a participant of the defense of Leningrad from the village of Lyazhgi Kurskiev Khadris Ibragimovich.

The triumphant performance of Jeyrakh villagers at the recent swimming competition in Kislovodsk was a highlight of the sports season. Brothers Imran and Bers Lyanov, showing outstanding abilities and demonstrating a high level of preparation, won gold medals in three different distances each.

The Armkhi resort is planned to be doubled in size. Two balneological complexes are going to be built here, and about 1,000 new places are to be created.
By 2035, the Armkhi resort in Ingushetia will significantly expand its skiing area from 1.2 to 3.45 kilometers, and it is planned to increase the number of slopes.

More than 80 taps have been made. Now concrete rings and ball valves are being installed to connect alleys, and work is also being done to remove pieces of asphalt, stones and other debris from roads and roadsides.
