In the 10th anniversary All-Russian competition for small towns and historic settlements, the city of Nazran achieved a resounding victory.
For the first time, a single city in the republic has won two years in a row, attracting a record 107 million rubles!
The All-Russian competition of the Ministry of Construction of Russia has been held since 2018. Cities with a population of up to 200,000 people, as well as historical settlements, participate in it.
The award was presented to the head of the city, Ruslan Ozdoyev. He was accompanied to the award ceremony in Kazan by the chief architect of Nazran, Basir Tsechoev, the head of the Department of Reform and Prospective Development of the Ministry of Construction of Ingushetia, Omar Getagazov, and the Deputy Minister of Construction of Ingushetia, Magomed Evkurov.
