In the 10th anniversary All-Russian competition for small towns and historic settlements, the city of Nazran achieved a resounding victory.

For the first time, a single city in the republic has won two years in a row, attracting a record 107 million rubles!

The All-Russian competition of the Ministry of Construction of Russia has been held since 2018. Cities with a population of up to 200,000 people, as well as historical settlements, participate in it.

The award was presented to the head of the city, Ruslan Ozdoyev. He was accompanied to the award ceremony in Kazan by the chief architect of Nazran, Basir Tsechoev, the head of the Department of Reform and Prospective Development of the Ministry of Construction of Ingushetia, Omar Getagazov, and the Deputy Minister of Construction of Ingushetia, Magomed Evkurov.

An exhibition dedicated to Russian Cinema Day has opened at the Memorial Complex for Victims of Repression in Nazran.

The exhibition will tell the story of Ingush cinema and present archival materials, photographs, and publications about prominent figures in the republic's film industry.

The exhibition will run until August 31.

A community cleanup day was held in Nazran.

Employees of the city administration and the Central District worked together to clean up the pond, which is undergoing repairs, and along the Alkhantchurt Canal.

The surrounding areas and public spaces are now cleaner and more beautiful!

An inclusive ceramic painting studio called “Grafita” has opened in Nazran.

This project by the Ingush regional branch of the All-Russian Society of the Blind provides opportunities for creativity to people with disabilities.

The studio's presentation was attended by representatives of parliament, the Public Chamber, the Committee on Youth Affairs, leaders of non-profit organizations, and, of course, members of the blind and visually impaired community.

The guests took part in a master class on painting, admired an exhibition of original works, and discussed important issues of accessibility of the cultural environment for people with disabilities.

The project team has already undergone training in modern painting techniques, purchased the necessary equipment, and plans to hold inclusive master classes, including off-site ones.

The project is being implemented with the support of the Presidential Grants Fund.

The studio is open on the basis of the inclusive pottery workshop “Malkh.”

A flower-laying ceremony dedicated to the Day of Solidarity in the Fight Against Terrorism was held at the Memorial of Memory and Glory in Nazran.

The head of Ingushetia, Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov, together with representatives of the authorities, law enforcement agencies, public organizations, and young people, honored the memory of the victims with a minute of silence and laid flowers at the Eternal Flame.

Special attention was paid to young people. Cadets from the Gorsky Cadet Corps and members of the Young Army stood guard of honor, while volunteers handed out leaflets on terrorism prevention.

The reconstruction of the city pond in Nazran is in full swing.

The fountain has already undergone major repairs, and modern lighting poles have been installed, which are superior to the previous ones in terms of quality and characteristics.

Convenient piers and descents to the water have been built. The foundation for a new playground and city swings is being prepared.

Construction of a boat station will begin in the near future. Tomorrow, a new and important stage of reconstruction will begin, which we will discuss in more detail later.

The progress of the work is under the personal supervision of Mayor Ruslan Ozdoyev, who inspects the site daily together with the chief architect.

The focus was on environmental safety and the procedure for registering housing in new buildings.

All enterprises will be inspected for compliance with environmental standards, uniform requirements for treatment facilities will be developed, and a schedule for their installation will be approved. Consultations will be provided for businesses to ensure that the process is quick and free of unnecessary bureaucracy.

The registration of housing will become more transparent and simpler! The city administration will develop a clear “road map” for residents and hold explanatory meetings to help legalize housing and prevent unauthorized construction.

Open dialogue with residents is a priority for the administration! Reports on the work done will be published regularly, and suggestions from residents and entrepreneurs will be carefully considered.

The Nazran administration has set itself ambitious goals: a clean environment, legally registered homes, and confidence in the future for residents. The work is being carried out transparently and is aimed at achieving specific results.

The Republican Sports School in Nazran is ready to welcome young champions once again.

Major renovations have been completed, and 500 children will return to training in October.

The building, constructed in 1997, has been renovated under the “Development of Physical Culture and Mass Sports” program.

Now it has modern heating and water supply systems, communication channels, a new roof, floors, and doors—everything for comfort and safety.

Young boxers, kickboxers, taekwondoists, judokas, and MMA fighters will train in comfortable halls.

An agricultural technology class has opened at School No. 5 in the village of Surkhi.

This is part of the federal project “Personnel for the Agro-Industrial Complex” of the national project “Technological Support for Food Security.”

The program aims to train future specialists for agriculture, one of the key areas of development in our fertile Ingushetia.

Students gain in-depth knowledge of plant growing, biology, and chemistry, with a particular focus on practical classes.

There are already about 18 tenth-graders in the class.

Classes are held in a specialized classroom equipped with modern equipment.

In addition, the school cooperates with the Nazran Agricultural Technical School and the Magas enterprise, which allows it to organize master classes, excursions, and meetings with industry professionals.

This comprehensive approach to education ensures high-quality training for future agricultural workers in the region.

The students actively participate in all events and are ready to contribute to the development of Ingushetia's agro-industrial complex.

Nazran's budget grew by 25 million rubles thanks to increased tax revenues.

Mayor Ruslan Ozdoyev held a meeting to discuss the results of tax collection for 2025. Together with the head of the financial department, Bagaudin Khalukhaev, the deputy head of the administration, Milana Markhieva, and the head of the economic department, Magomed Gazdiev, they discussed the results achieved.

Bagaudin Khalukhaev reported an increase in tax payments of 25 million rubles compared to 2024. The main increase was achieved through improved tax collection and the registration of previously unregistered individuals. This will allow the city to tackle important tasks, including the repayment of accounts payable.

Ruslan Ozdoyev thanked everyone involved for their work, noting the contribution of the tax service and the city prosecutor's office.

The meeting emphasized the importance of transparency and effective communication between institutions, businesses, and the population.

Plans include improving tax accounting and introducing new tools for monitoring and informing the population.

Nazarny's budget has grown by 25 million rubles thanks to an increase in tax revenues.

The increase in revenue was achieved by improving tax collection and registering entrepreneurs who previously worked without registration.

At the end of the first half of the year, budget revenues grew by 15% compared to the same period last year.

The main sources of revenue remain personal income tax and property taxes.

The head of Nazran, Ruslan Ozdoyev, noted that the additional funds will make it possible to address priority urban issues, including city improvement, reduction of accounts payable, and increased transparency and efficiency.

“This result was made possible thanks to the systematic work of the administration, the tax service, the labor inspectorate, and the prosecutor's office. More funds mean more opportunities to improve the quality of life for the residents of our city,” the mayor emphasized.

The Nazran District hosted the “Family and Loved Ones” forum.

The opening of the family community forum, organized by the Movement of the first, took place at Multidisciplinary Lyceum No. 1 in the village of Ali-Yurt.

The event brought together parents, specialists, and experts to discuss important topics:

Family values and approaches to parenting

Child safety: informational, psychological, and social

Participants divided into interactive groups, where they discussed key topics, completed practical tasks, and exchanged ideas. The program included music and dance performances by schoolchildren.

The forum aimed to strengthen family traditions through joint activities, develop the creative and leadership abilities of all family members, create a platform for sharing experiences and supporting family volunteering, and promote a healthy lifestyle within the family.

Major repairs have begun on Iski-Lorsa Street in Nazran.

Work has started on resurfacing a 900-meter section of the road. This project has been long awaited by residents, who have been requesting that the street be repaired for the past 10 years.

The street is home to Secondary School No. 14 and Kindergarten No. 11, as well as an important exit to the central thoroughfares—Oskanova, Magomed-Akhmed, and Zyazikova streets.

The new asphalt will improve comfort for drivers and pedestrians and provide additional safety, especially for children on their way to school.

A new roundabout is being built in Nazran.

Reconstruction of the R-217 Kavkaz federal highway section continues in Ingushetia. The project includes a large-scale upgrade of road infrastructure and the creation of a modern transport hub.

Particular attention is being paid to ensuring the safety of the left turn from 1st Line Street onto Mutalieva Street, one of the most accident-prone sections.

As part of the project, a roundabout is being built, the turning radius for public and freight transport is being expanded, and the width of the roadway is being increased to 63.5 meters.

The new section will make traffic safer and more comfortable, improve access to socially significant facilities, and facilitate access to the bus station.

A School of Creative Industries has opened in Nazran.

Now even more teenagers in Ingushetia will be able to discover their talents and master modern creative professions. The School of Creative Industries has opened its doors at Gymnasium No. 1 in Nazran.

The opening ceremony was attended by Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Ingushetia Khadzhibekir Mutaliev, heads of the ministries of culture and education, deputies of the People's Assembly of the Republic of Ingushetia, and others.

The educational institution will accept more than 100 teenagers. The training is designed for children aged 11 to 17. Classes will be held in six studios with modern equipment: sound engineering, 3D modeling, animation, VR/AR development, photography and videography, web design, and much more.

The program is designed to last two years.

The project is being implemented as part of the federal initiative “Made in Russia” with the support of the Ministry of Culture of the Russian Federation.

The republican stage of the “Best School Canteen – 2025” competition was held in Kantyshevo.

Five schools – winners of the municipal stage – took part in the competition. The grand opening was accompanied by a concert program performed by students, after which each team presented a culinary table.

The evaluation took into account sanitary standards, menu variety, food quality, taste, and presentation.

1st place — Secondary School No. 11, Inarki village;

2nd place — Secondary School No. 3, Nazran;

Third place — Secondary School No. 1, Karabulak; Secondary School No. 2, Sunzha; and Multidisciplinary Lyceum No. 1, Ali-Yurt.

The competition aims to improve the quality of school meals and promote a balanced diet among students.

Construction of a large-scale urban improvement project continues in Nazran.

Work is actively underway to create a modern and comfortable urban environment on the 11-hectare site around the city pond in Nazran, which won the All-Russian competition for the best projects organized by the Russian Ministry of Construction.

As part of the construction, old structures have already been dismantled, a retaining wall has been erected, a video surveillance system has been installed, and the foundation for curbstones and paving slabs has been prepared. Convenient piers and access ramps to the water have been built, and modern lighting poles have been installed.

In the near future, there are plans to build a boat station, a playground, and city swings. The project also includes the creation of a summer amphitheater and a restaurant on the water.

The work is being carried out as part of the national project “Infrastructure for Life” and the federal project “Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment” with the support of the Ministry of Construction of Ingushetia.

To date, the facility is 60% complete, with construction scheduled for completion at the end of 2026.

Construction of a new road is nearing completion in the village of Geirbek-Yurt.

In the rural settlement of Geirbek-Yurt, construction of a motorway on Sportivnaya Street is nearing completion.

Work began in August 2025 and covers a 1.7 km section. Construction is scheduled for completion in October this year.

Sportivnaya Street is of great importance to residents: there are 11 residential buildings, a sports ground, and plots for individual construction along it. The new road will provide convenience for more than 250 residents of the village.

In the village of Plievo, traffic police officers and students from School No. 3 held a road safety awareness campaign.

Most accidents involving children happen at night, especially on unlit roads.

The main goal of the event was to remind schoolchildren about the rules of safe behavior on the road and show them how important it is to use reflective elements on their clothes and backpacks. Such “safety beacons” make children visible to drivers and reduce the risk of accidents.
