Major road repairs are underway on Zyazikova Street in the rural settlement of Gazi-Yurt.

The street won a ratings vote as part of the federal project "Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment" of the national project "Infrastructure for Life." As a result, the street was included in the comprehensive improvement program.

The section being repaired is 1 km long. The road is of significant social importance, as it provides access to social infrastructure facilities, including a comprehensive school.

The work is being carried out in stages. Road grading has now been completed. The next step is to lay the asphalt concrete surface. The final stage will include landscaping, including the installation of streetlight poles, benches, and trash cans.

The installation of bilingual street signs continues in Nazran.

Work is underway in the Nasyr-Kort and Central Administrative Districts. The new signs are in both Russian and Ingush.

Bilingual navigation is not only an element of modern urban space but also an important part of preserving cultural heritage and national identity.

Following the completion of this phase, work will begin on creating a new urban navigation system, at the direction of Mayor Ruslan Ozdoyev, which will make navigation in Nazran even more convenient for residents and visitors.

The 3rd Republican Vocal and Instrumental Competition "Young Voices of Ingushetia" concluded in Nazran.

The final performances of the 18 participants and a gala concert took place on the stage of the Youth Theater. The best performers who had successfully completed the previous stages participated in the final round of the competition.

Famous representatives of the republic's cultural community performed alongside them. Renowned cultural and artistic figures from the republic, including Aslan Kostoyev, Madina Muzhakhoyeva, Leyla Ozdoyeva, Zara Ausheva, Khava Yevloyeva, and Ali Dimayev, performed on stage. A special highlight of the evening was an Ingush dance performed by Aza Arapiyeva.

A professional jury, consisting of honored cultural figures, artists, and representatives of relevant agencies, evaluated the competition numbers and determined the winners.

Following the final round, all participants received diplomas and commemorative awards.

The second stage of the Russian Student Spartakiad in Greco-Roman wrestling for the prizes of Olympic champion Nazir Mankiev concluded at the Magas Sports Palace in Nazran.

The tournament brought together 162 athletes from 38 regions of the country, competing for medals in 15 weight categories.

Following the competition, representatives of the republic won two silver medals, as well as spots in the final stage of the Russian Student Spartakiad:

Ismail Mokhloev (up to 52 kg);

Badruddin Evloev (up to 35 kg).

The Republic's Minister of Sport, Ruslan Belkhoroev, Olympic champion Nazir Mankiev, and representatives of the Wrestling Federation of Russia and the Republic of Ingushetia congratulated the participants and guests on the successful completion of the tournament.

The grand opening of the third building of the Social and Health Center for Elderly Citizens and People with Disabilities—the Veterans' Home—was held in the rural settlement of Surkhakhi.

The event was attended by the Governor of the region, Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov; Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Labor and Social Protection of Ingushetia, Khadzhibekir Mutaliev; Minister of Construction of the Republic of Ingushetia, Musa Iliev; and the Director of the Veterans' Home, Ruslan Nalgiev.

Following the completion of the modernization, the facility's capacity has reached 140 beds, which will expand the provision of social and rehabilitation services to senior citizens, people with disabilities, and other categories of social service recipients.

Today, the Veterans' Home is a modern complex equipped with the necessary infrastructure for comfortable living, medical care, rehabilitation, and leisure activities.

A commemorative evening for the People's Artist of the Republic of Ingushetia, Leyla Khautieva, was held at the Leyla Khautieva State Theater for Young Spectators in Nazran.

The event was part of the "Theatrical Longevity" charity campaign, supported by the Ingush Republic Branch of the Union of Theater Workers of Russia and aimed at supporting veterans of the theater community.

In Nazran, improvement of the urban environment continues within the framework of the national project “Housing and Urban Environment”.

Along Moskovskaya Street, the public area is being developed: a modern recreational park is being formed, sidewalks are being updated, landscaping is being done, small architectural forms are being installed, and a children's playground is being renovated.

Planned street greening continues in Nazran.

The mayor's office team is planting new trees and shrubs along busy roads and in courtyards. Another beautification area has appeared along Kartoyeva Street, where a new hedge has been created next to previously planted maple trees.

In the rural settlement of Ali-Yurt, landscaping work continues on the grounds of a new 30-bed district hospital and a 100-visit-per-shift clinic, following the instructions of Ingushetia's Head of Makhmud-Ali Kalimatov.

Particular attention has been paid to creating a comfortable and environmentally friendly environment for future patients and medical staff: young trees have been planted, and the surrounding area has been landscaped. The progress of the work is being overseen by Bekkhan Gagiev, Deputy Head of the Nazran District Administration, and Magomed Ozdoyev, Deputy Head of the Ali-Yurt Village Administration.

The new medical complex will become a significant component of the district's healthcare system and will provide residents with access to modern care in comfortable conditions.

In Nazran, work has begun on the comprehensive improvement of Victory Alley, one of the republic's main spaces of remembrance and patriotism.

The project is being implemented with funds received from the city's victory in the All-Russian competition for the best projects to create a comfortable urban environment in small towns and historical settlements. This marked a transition from spot repairs to the systematic modernization of significant public spaces and provided a powerful economic resource.

Dismantling work is currently underway on the Alley: a contractor is removing worn pavement and outdated hardscape and lighting elements. Next, the main improvement work will begin, taking into account design solutions and resident suggestions. The project includes renovation of the monument and entrance arches, complete replacement of the pedestrian pavement, construction of playgrounds and sports fields, convenient walking routes and shaded areas, landscaping, and installation of modern lighting for safe evenings.

Key decisions regarding the renovation of Victory Alley have been agreed upon with the veterans' community. Work is being carried out in stages, maintaining access to the memorial site. This ensures the tradition of flower-laying ceremonies and commemorative events continues.

A themed event for schoolchildren was held in Dolakovo for Family Day.

A festive program, "Everything Starts with Family," was held at the Dolakovo Community Center to celebrate International Family Day. Schoolchildren from the village participated in the event.

During the event, the children learned about the importance of family values, respect for elders, mutual support, and the role of family in preserving traditions and the spiritual and moral foundations of society. The organizers placed special emphasis on the unity of the peoples of Russia, emphasizing that it is within the family that respect for the culture, history, and traditions of one's country is shaped.

Creative and educational competitions were prepared for the children. During the "Family Portrait" drawing competition, participants presented works dedicated to their loved ones and family traditions. The students also took part in an intellectual game to test their knowledge of proverbs and sayings about family, home, and respect for parents.

The "Electron-2026" programmable electronics championship was held in the Nazran district.

The national championship, which brought together schoolchildren in grades 6–11, was held at the Quantorium Children's Technology Park.

Participants completed practical tasks in electronics and programmable systems using Arduino: they assembled electronic circuits and developed smart devices—from light sensors to climate control systems and combination locks.

Soldering was a separate category, where precision, quality, and accuracy were assessed.

Such events allow schoolchildren to develop engineering skills and an interest in modern technology.

Nazran continues to upgrade its public utility infrastructure.

Work is underway on Tangiyev Street to replace the dilapidated water main—a long-standing issue for residents.

The initiative to upgrade the network came from the city administration and was supported by the Unified Water Supply and Sanitation Operator.

Currently, specialists are replacing approximately 400 meters of pipes. The new line will be constructed using larger-diameter pipes.

The work is aimed at ensuring a stable water supply and creating more comfortable conditions for city residents.

The regional stage of the Abilympics 2026 professional skills championship has begun in Nazran at the College of Service and Everyday Life.

The competition will run until April 24 and is part of a nationwide movement uniting people with disabilities and special needs, experts, mentors, and employers.

This year, 116 people are participating. Participants are demonstrating their skills in 24 competencies, including IT, medicine, the service industry, and creative disciplines.

Special attention is given to the "Festival of Opportunities" program, where participants with severe and multiple disabilities showcase their skills in creative formats.

In addition to the competition, the program includes a job fair, master classes, and career guidance events with the participation of employers.

The Year of Unity of the Peoples of Russia has launched in the Nazran District.

The celebratory event took place at the Yandare Community Center and brought together representatives of government agencies, public associations, cultural workers, and young people.

Representatives of the district administration, the parliament, and the regional branch of the Assembly of the Peoples of Russia participated in the event.

A thematic exhibition featuring traditional dishes from the country's peoples was prepared for guests. A concert included performances by creative groups.

A major investment project to build a four-star hotel and business center has begun in Nazran.

The facility will be built on the site of the former Summer Amphitheater, an area that remained abandoned for many years. The total investment is approximately 1.8 billion rubles.

The project envisions the creation of a fully functional multifunctional complex consisting of a 120-room hotel, a business center, exhibition spaces, coworking areas, a spa, a restaurant complex, and a separate children's entertainment center.

Work is underway to eliminate an illegal landfill in the rural settlement of Dolakovo.

As part of the Year of Ecology, the regional solid municipal waste management operator, ECO LIFE LLC, conducted a site visit to the illegal landfill following a request from the rural settlement administration.

Together with municipal representatives, specialists surveyed the area, assessed the waste volumes, and assessed the scope of work needed for its elimination and subsequent reclamation.

The formation of illegal landfills is associated, among other things, with a lack of environmental awareness and the need to develop waste management infrastructure.

A "Conversations about Important Things" session dedicated to Cosmonautics Day was held in Ekazhevo.

Repairs to the Ekazhevo-Gazi-Yurt regional highway have begun in the Nazran District.

The work is being carried out as part of the state program "Development of Ingushetia's Highways."

The section is approximately 8 km long. Road workers are currently laying the first layer of asphalt.

The project includes resurfacing the road, installing a 2-km sidewalk, lighting, road signs, barriers, bus stop shelters, and culverts.

Completion is scheduled for the end of the year.

Large-scale infrastructure development work has begun in the rural settlement of Gazi-Yurt.

Four projects are being implemented here as part of the state program "Integrated Development of Rural Areas"—on Galaeva, Mutalieva, Sunzhenskaya, and Gornaya Streets.

The first of these—the construction of a sidewalk and storm drains on Galaeva Street—is in its final stages.

This work is particularly important for village residents: due to the terrain, water flowed down the streets during precipitation, creating inconvenience and a safety hazard, including for schoolchildren.

Contractors will begin work on the remaining three projects soon.

The All-Russian Judo Tournament in Honor of Olympic Champion Khasan Khalmurzaev concluded in Nazran.

The competition for juniors and junior women under 23 brought together more than 190 athletes from 11 regions of the country and served as a qualifying round for the Russian Championship.

At the end of the tournament, the Ingush team won five medals: four gold and one silver.

The winners in their weight classes were Magomed Kamurzoev (66 kg), Yasir-Musa Kamurzoev (73 kg), Ibragim Kitiev (81 kg), and Mukhammad Meisigov (100 kg). Magomed Algatov won a silver medal in the 60 kg category.

The winners and runners-up were awarded medals, certificates, and cash prizes.

The tournament was held with the support of the Republic's Ministry of Sports and the Russian Judo Federation.
