In Sunzha, on Vygonnaya Street, the improvement of the area adjacent to the market is in full swing.

Construction has already begun on a sidewalk 160 meters long and 1.6 meters wide. A parking area for 64 cars is being created. A storm drain is being laid. Commercial buildings are being renovated—roofs are being replaced and facades are being updated.

All work is being carried out on the initiative of the administration by the owners of the commercial buildings and is scheduled to be completed by the end of the year.

150 meters of road (6 meters wide) will be paved.

Preparatory work is currently underway. The new road and sidewalk will improve access to the sports ground built in 2024 and create comfortable conditions for residents.

Completion date: 10 days.

Work has begun in Sunzha on laying a new water pipe.

A worn section with a diameter of 110 mm and a total length of 400 meters is being replaced.

The progress of the work is being monitored by the mayor, Aslan Umarov, and his deputy, Khalid Bekov.

The city administration is ensuring a stable water supply for residents.

The new pipe will solve the problem of frequent bursts.

In Sunzha, the improvement of the territory near the sports and recreation complex on Festivalnaya Street has been completed.

The head of the city, Aslan Umarov, and the chairman of the city council, Ingishan Ozdoyev, inspected the results of the work.

As part of the project, a 150-meter-long and 6-meter-wide road was paved, and a 100-meter-long and 1.6-meter-wide sidewalk was built.

Aslan Umarov noted that the improvements will enhance the infrastructure of the area and increase the comfort of residents.

The new road will make the sports ground built in this area in 2024 more accessible, which is especially important for young people.

Improvements have begun on Novaya Druzhba Street in Sunzha.

Work has already started on paving the street leading to the school and kindergarten.

Novaya Druzhba Street, which is 720 meters long and 6 meters wide, will be completely renovated: a sidewalk (1.6 meters) and storm drains will be added.

Currently, the foundation for laying asphalt is being prepared.

The work is scheduled to be completed within a month.

The work is being financed from the municipal budget to improve the road infrastructure in Sunzha.

Construction of the new building for the A. Chaniev Republican Sanatorium and Forest School continues in the Sunzha district.

The work is being carried out as part of the federal project “Modern Look of Rural Areas” of the state program “Comprehensive Development of Rural Areas.”

Plans for 2025–2026:

By the end of 2025 — load-bearing structures, roofing, and utilities.

In 2026 — interior finishing works, installation of equipment, and landscaping of the territory with football, volleyball, and basketball fields.

The new boarding school is designed for 120 places. The institution will be available not only to residents of Galashek, where about 7,000 people live, but also to children from neighboring settlements.

The renovated Memory and Glory Park has opened in Sunzha.

The renovation covered an area of more than 10,000 square meters: new trees and shrubs were planted, modern lights, a fountain, benches, gazebos, and trash cans were installed. A parking lot was built, and the 28-meter-long “Eternal Flame” stele was restored.

Thanks to the return of three land plots with a total area of over 5,200 square meters to municipal ownership, the park has been significantly expanded.

According to the Head of Ingushetia, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, comprehensive improvements are continuing in Sunzha. The Palace of Culture and the city stadium have already been restored, and the reconstruction of the children's park by the pond is ahead.

A new polyclinic will open in Sunzha by the end of the year.

The construction of a four-story polyclinic with a capacity of 300 visits per shift is nearing completion. The 1,852 square meter building is being constructed on the grounds of the existing hospital and will be equipped with modern equipment: ultrasound, CT, X-ray, and ventilators.

The medical facility will have therapeutic, surgical, and dental departments, a women's clinic, a day hospital, and diagnostic services.

Now, residents of Sunzha will be able to undergo examinations and receive medical care right in the city, without having to travel outside the region. The opening is planned for the end of the year.

The municipal stage of the “Best School Cafeteria” competition was held in Ingushetia.

The municipal stage of the All-Russian competition took place in schools in Karabulak, Sunzha, and the Sunzha district. The event is aimed at improving school meals, introducing modern technologies, and spreading best practices in cafeteria work.

Winners in the “Best School Cafeteria in an Urban School” category:

School No. 1 in Karabulak — first-degree diploma.

School No. 2 in Sunzha — first-degree diploma.

Interregional exercises on the localization and elimination of a simulated foot-and-mouth disease outbreak were held in the village of Troitskoye, Sunzha District. The event was organized by the State Veterinary Service of the Republic of Ingushetia in conjunction with the Veterinary Department of the Chechen Republic.

The exercises were attended by specialists from the veterinary services of the Kabardino-Balkarian, Karachay-Cherkessian, and North Ossetian-Alania republics, as well as representatives of the Sunzha District Administration, Rosselkhoznadzor, Rospotrebnadzor, the Ministry of Emergency Situations, and the Traffic Police.

The main goal was to practice practical actions to localize the outbreak, including the deployment of a mobile sanitary checkpoint, the collection and delivery of biological samples to the laboratory, the use of disinfection techniques and personal protective equipment, as well as interagency cooperation in the event of a threat of the spread of particularly dangerous animal diseases.

During the exercises, specialists worked through the entire algorithm of actions: the organization of elimination measures, the operation of equipment and machinery, and the interaction of various services and agencies. The event made it possible to improve the readiness of veterinary services and authorities to respond quickly and effectively to epizootic threats.

Work on the improvement of two cemeteries in the village of Alkhasty has been completed.

This is part of the third stage of a large-scale program to reconstruct burial sites in the republic.

A prayer room and utility rooms for storing equipment have been built on the site, fences have been installed, footpaths have been laid, and parking areas with convenient access have been equipped.

The project was implemented with the support of SAFMAR Group President Mikail Gutseriev and Regional Head Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov.

It should be noted that in 2023, the Vozrozhdenie Foundation, created by Mikail Gutseriev, financed the renovation of about 100 cemeteries and sites of spiritual significance. As part of the current phase of work, it is planned to improve another 20 cemeteries.

By the end of the year, a modern polyclinic with a capacity of 300 appointments per day will begin operating in Sunzha.

The four-story building will house therapeutic and surgical departments, dentistry, a women's clinic, a day hospital, as well as rooms with modern diagnostic equipment—CT, X-ray, and ultrasound.

Construction of the facility, which began in 2018, remained frozen for a long time. The situation was resolved thanks to the support of the federal government and the personal supervision of the Head of Ingushetia, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov. Today, it is the last long-term construction project in the republic that is entering the home stretch.

The opening of the clinic will allow city residents to receive qualified medical care without having to travel to neighboring areas and will significantly reduce the burden on existing healthcare facilities.

Major repairs to the water supply network are being completed in the village of Berd-Yurt.

Major repairs to the water supply network are nearing completion in the rural settlement of Berd-Yurt, with the project more than 90% complete.

The length of the renovated network is almost 1.5 km. During the renovation, specialists replaced worn sections of the pipeline, installed new wells, mounted pressure control equipment, and reinforced the system.

The construction work covered Tsentralnaya, Podgornaya, 7th, 13th, and 15th streets.

The modernization of the water supply network is being carried out as part of the federal project “Modernization of Municipal Infrastructure” of the national project “Infrastructure for Life,” aimed at increasing the reliability of water supply systems and improving the quality of life of residents of populated areas.

Work continues on the improvement of Novaya Druzhba Street in Sunzha.

The total length of the section being improved is 720 meters, and the width of the roadway is 6 meters. The project includes the construction of a 1.6-meter-wide sidewalk and a storm sewer system for effective water drainage.

To date, workers have completed the storm drainage system and prepared the roadbed for asphalting.

The improvement project is scheduled for completion at the end of October.

Construction of a 120-seat boarding school continues in the village of Galashki.

Builders are carrying out the following work on the site: installation of a reinforced concrete frame, laying walls from aerated concrete blocks and bricks, and preparing the foundation for a sports field.

About 40 people and 6 pieces of equipment are involved in the project.

Construction began in March 2024. The estimated cost is 494 million rubles. The building will house classrooms, sports and assembly halls, a museum, a medical unit, a library, and living quarters.

“Golden Autumn”: Agricultural workers honored in Sunzha.

The annual republican event “Golden Autumn” was held in Sunzha, timed to coincide with the Day of Agricultural and Processing Industry Workers.

As part of the event, the Head of the Republic, Mahmud-Ali Kalimatov, presented awards and certificates to the best workers in the agro-industrial complex, veterans of the industry, and the winners of the “Best Personal Subsistence Farm” and “Flower Festival” competitions.

Guests were entertained by artists from the A. Khamkhoev State Philharmonic, as well as schoolchildren and local artisans.

Wildlife feeders have been replenished in the forests of the Sunzha district.

With the onset of autumn and winter, it becomes increasingly difficult for wild animals to find food. To help the forest dwellers, gamekeepers and hunting experts in the republic are carrying out planned work to feed them.

For this purpose, special feeding areas have been set up in the forest lands, which have been replenished once again today.
