The Yalkharoi complex 1 is located in the village of Yalkharoy, 35 km southwest of Grozny, the capital of the Chechen Republic, in the Urus-Martan district. It dates back to the 13th-18th centuries.

The tower complex is located on the edge of a hill that drops sharply downward. It consists of a combat tower and a dwelling tower, which were restored. A petroglyph was discovered on the lintel of the entrance of the dwelling tower - a drawing in the form of a cross with circles at the ends.

There are two cave towns and a Muslim burial site near the complex.

Yalkharoi complex 1 is interesting as an object of study of the history of cultural development in this region.

Yalkharoi complex 1 is an object of cultural heritage and is located on the territory of the Argun historical-architectural and natural museum-reserve. It is protected by the state.
