Measures to support the agro-industrial complex were discussed in the Shatoi District.

A working meeting on the development of the Chechen Republic's mountainous regions and support for the agro-industrial complex was held in the Shatoi District administration. This was announced by the head of the district, Ruslan Akayev.

The event was attended by representatives of the administration, the Ministry of Agriculture of the Chechen Republic, the scientific community, the Association of Agricultural Producers of the Chechen Republic (AKKOR), as well as heads of peasant farmers and owners of private farms from the Shatoi, Sharoi, and Itum-Kalinsky districts.

The meeting addressed issues related to agricultural development in mountainous regions, government support measures for farmers, the implementation of investment projects, and cooperation between government agencies, specialists, and farmers' associations.

Following the meeting, further steps were identified to develop the agro-industrial complex and improve the socio-economic situation in the republic's mountainous regions.

Modular antenatal clinics are being established in Shatoy and Sernovodskoye.

Two modular antenatal clinics are being established at the Shatoy Interdistrict Hospital and the Sernovodskoye Central District Hospital as part of the national project "Long and Active Life."

In Sernovodsk, the building has been fully assembled, and the subsequent stages of construction are underway; in Shatoy, the structure is being assembled.

The clinic in Sernovodskoye is designed to accommodate three medical sites and serve up to 12,000 patients; the Shatoy facility (350 square meters) will accommodate four medical sites and serve over 16,000 residents of the district.

The facilities will include offices for specialized specialists, ultrasound and functional diagnostic rooms, pre-hospital consultation rooms, treatment and procedure rooms, day hospitals, as well as facilities for psychological and medical-social support.

Completion of the works and commissioning of the facilities are planned for the end of 2026.

Two apartment buildings with a total of 34 apartments have opened in the village of Shatoi in the Shatoi District. The construction was funded by extra-budgetary investments as part of the Year of Mountain Regions and the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurship, dedicated to the 75th anniversary of the birth of the First President of the Chechen Republic, A.Kh. Kadyrov.

Representatives of government agencies, heads of agencies, heads of administrations, and residents of the district participated in the ceremony. Shatoi District Head Ruslan Akayev thanked everyone involved in the construction and specifically noted the contribution of the Head of the Chechen Republic, R.A. Kadyrov, to the development of the region's infrastructure.

The ground floor of one of the buildings houses retail space, which will create new jobs. Parking is available on the premises. The event concluded with a symbolic ribbon-cutting and an inspection of the buildings.

Four major infrastructure projects are being implemented in the Shatoi District with the support of the Akhmat-Khadji Kadyrov Regional Public Foundation. According to district head Ruslan Akayev, following an inspection of construction sites, the district center is being improved, and two apartment buildings, a recreation park, and a standard kindergarten building are being constructed.

These events are timed to coincide with the Year of Mountain Regions and the Development of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, declared by Chechen Head Ramzan Kadyrov.

The projects are being implemented as part of the national project "Infrastructure for Life," aimed at creating a comfortable and safe environment for citizens. This project includes federal projects, including "Infrastructure Development in Populated Areas," "Housing," and "Creating a Comfortable Urban Environment."

A new sports school and a new complex have opened in the village of Shatoi. The sports school building was erected on the site of the old sports school built in 1969 and meets modern safety requirements. The territory with a total area of more than 1,000 m² provides the necessary conditions for sports activities.

This is already the ninth major sports facility to open in the republic this year alone. The residents of Shatoi now have an excellent base for sports and an active lifestyle.

The employment center of the Shatoi district organized information events to introduce the national project “Workers”.

The project is aimed at developing the region's human resources potential through improving the skills of citizens, adapting them to modern labor market requirements and reducing unemployment. During the events, 16 people showed interest in the program to expand their professional skills and employment opportunities.

Eight investment facilities are planned to be put into operation in Shatoy district in 2025. The district administration reports that the facilities will be implemented under the program “Social and economic development of mountainous areas (Vedensky, Itum-Kalinsky, Nozhai-Yurtovsky, Shatoi, Sharoysky districts) of the Chechen Republic (for 2017-2020 ) and subsequent years”.

The district administration explained that the investment project "Construction and commissioning of a 2-storey building of a fitness club for 10 people in the village of Shatoi, where the amount of investment is 5.5 million rubles, is now at the stage of completion. Jobs will be created. At the moment the works on improvement of the adjacent territory and interior finishing are underway at the facility.

Thanks to the help and support of the Head of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov, the district is experiencing positive dynamics of socio-economic development and business is gradually expanding in important sectors of the economy: tourism, cattle breeding, plant growing, beekeeping, thus creating new jobs. Shatoi district has a huge potential for the development of various spheres of the economy, is rich in natural monuments, healing springs, water bodies, rich flora and fauna and the district leadership is ready to provide investors with all opportunities for profitable investments in our district.

A monitoring event was conducted in Shatoi district to control and prevent the sale of poor-quality food products. The monitoring was implemented by specialists of the territorial department of the Rospotrebnadzor Directorate in Grozny district together with representatives of the administration of Shatoi district and officers of the Department of Internal Affairs in Shatoi district.

Meetings were held with entrepreneurs on compliance with the norms established by law.

The village of Nikhaloy in the Shatoi district of the Chechen Republic has a new health care facility - a paramedic and obstetric station. It was built as part of the national project “Long and Active Life” and the federal project “Modernization of Primary Health Care”.

The construction of the obstetric station in the village of Nihaloy is a vivid example of successful implementation of national projects aimed at improving the availability and quality of medical services in remote areas. The project also contributes to social stability and improves the quality of life of local residents.
