Myashkhi is a castle-type tower complex near the right bank of the Guloykhi River, 1 km east of Vovnushka and 550 m southwest of Kerby. On the steep mountain slope of the Myashkhi River stands a five-storey battle tower with a flat roof and a jagged finish, which is crowned by massive cone-shaped stones. The upper floor of the tower has four balconies-machicules, and the overlap of the second floor is made in the form of a four-sided stone false vault. Residential three-storey buildings are attached to the battle tower, which, with the help of a stone defensive wall, were combined into a powerful single castle complex of the late Middle Ages.

The Myashkhi Tower Complex is part of the Dzhirakh-Assin State Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve and is an identified object of cultural heritage protected by the state.
