Kost is a tower complex on the Takan-duk ridge, which serves as the natural southern border of the Galgaev Gorge, 2.2 km south of Kart. Today, the base of the battle and dilapidated 6 residential towers with various annexes of the late Middle Ages are traced here. The battle tower, according to centenarians, was built in the XV century, had five floors and a flat roof. Residential towers had 2-3 floors.

Until the second half of the twentieth century in the area of the complex was a late medieval pillar-shaped sanctuary, and a rare for the edge of the crypt with an open memorial chamber.

The Kost Tower Complex is part of the Dzhirakh-Assin State Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve and is an identified object of cultural heritage protected by the state.
