Upper Guli is a castle-type tower complex located on the spur of Tsei Loam Mountain, 1.3 km west of the Lower Guli tower complex. To Upper Guli leads dirt road, starting in the lower part of the village Guli.

There are two semi-combat and 7 residential towers with ruined outbuildings. Within the complex there are also crypt burial grounds and an early Muslim cemetery. In a severely destroyed form, a large temple-sanctuary of Zodtsakh-Yerda was preserved. It had a gable-step slate roof, inside the room was divided by an arch.

The Upper Guli Tower Complex is part of the Dzhirakh-Assin State Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve and is an identified object of cultural heritage protected by the state.
