Meller is a large tower complex at the tip of a mountain cape 600 meters south of Musiyevo. In its center is a powerful six-storey battle tower with a pyramidal-step roof. Now it is in disrepair: the walls are cut by cracks running from the base to the top. Residential towers reached four floors, some have preserved various details and petroglyphic images (tricvesters, figures, tamgas).

On the northern edge of the complex, on a rocky ledge, there was a pillar-shaped sanctuary built at the end of the XVIII century on the site of a lightning strike.

In the southern part of the complex there are several crypt tombs. The rock base under one of them is washed out, because of which the crypt is gradually destroyed.

The Meler Tower Complex is part of the Dzhirakh-Assin State Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve and is an identified object of cultural heritage protected by the state.
