The castle-type tower complex Byalgan is located in the Jeirakh district at the tip of the mountain range 0.9 km southeast of Tarsha.

The complex is one of the oldest in mountain Ingushetia. An elegant four-storey battle tower with a square base (5, 10 x 5, 05 m), flat blood and a jagged finish. Unlike later classical towers, it does not have a stone overlap over the second floor, there were no mashikuli-balconies and unusually wide vaulted window openings adapted to fight with a bow or crossbow. The residential towers of Bialgan are now destroyed. On the outskirts of the village there was a pillar-shaped sanctuary.

The Bialgan Tower Complex is part of the Dzhirakh-Assin State Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve and is an identified object of cultural heritage protected by the state.
