The Upper Keli tower complex is located on a mountain range 850 meters west of the Keli tower complex. Now there are three residential towers, two of which are in ruined condition, as well as cyclopean buildings and three crypts, among them underground and semi-underground.
The Upper Keli Tower Complex is part of the Dzhirakh-Assin State Historical, Architectural and Natural Museum-Reserve and is an object of cultural heritage protected by the state.
