Inside the fortress there are several residential towers, a battle tower, a water mill, stone buildings. Many stones of the tower complex are covered with petroglyphs.

On the first floor of one of the residential towers there is a local history museum. The exposition includes ancient weapons, utensils, household items, tools. On the second floor there is a memorial museum named after Hussein Isayev, the first chairman of the State Council of the Chechen Republic. The exposition reproduces the atmosphere of the leader’s office.

In addition to the storage and exposition of historical funds, the museum also conducts research work on the history of the Chechen Republic.
